Went to drop off a box to the USPS with already completed postage printed online prior to my visit. Explained to the lady at the desk I had already printed postage and weighed the box at my home. I also had mentioned it was fragile as it was also written all over the box. She continued to lean, tip, and flip over the box when weighing it on their scale. She then looked at me and said "not enough postage". Thats it, no explanation or anything. I asked how it was incomplete when I had completed printed postage through the USPS web page with accurate information. No helpful response at all. So my girlfriend took the box to another USPS location next to her work and low and behold, it was perfectly fine to ship. It had proper postage and they even further marked on the box that it was fragile. I will never use this location for anything....unbelievably poor service.

This is my favorite post office! So close to home and super friendly service! I also enjoy that I rarely have to wait - Im in and out of there quickly with all of my packages mailed. I also like that I can pick up any office supplies while Im there.

I own a small business and frequent this store numerous times per week, for years. I have found the staff to be very helpful and courteous. They are very knowledgeable and expedient. Why cant our US Post Office be this efficient?

The young man behind the post office desk is so courteous and efficient. The young ladies at the front desk would also greet you nicely as you enter. They also give teacher discounts at the beginning of the year.
