Hi, When I visit my friend in NYC. I purchased some Indian groecrioes from this store( Patel Brothers 25108 Hillside Avenue,NY). Someday I came back to Albany. I took the (Rusk) Britania , Premium Bake with tea on nextday -But it tastes & smells pinesole, the cleaning soluation. Still my tounqe getting irritating and itching. So BE AWARE !!!!!! May due careless packing or something. But still he is selling these.

The oldest indian grocery store here, its still beats others as far as shop layout, ease of purchase, quality, variety and price. Nice friendly staff and regular sale specials make this our favourite grocery place despite many others that opened recently

A decent store, staple of Indian community - off late, quality of products are suffering, including Swad brand (store brand)... found a lot of moong dhal in 8 lb bags of Urad dhal... smaller sizes did not seem to be affected. Clean store

The store is excellent - everything is well displayed. The prices are clear, the store is clean and it is a pleasure to shop there. They also have a huge frozen food section. I make it a point to shop there.
