When I think of LA GRAVINESE JEWELERS exceptional customer service comes to mind. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. As soon as my fiancée and I walked in we felt welcomed and valued as a prospective customer. We were offered coffee (2thumbs up, coffee lover) and a variety of delicious pastries. We spoke to Dominique and it felt like we were talking with an old friend, as we described to Dominique what we were looking for in terms of wedding bands she showed us the extensive selection they had in house, everything was beautiful; it was almost hard to finally choose our wedding bands. Dominique was patient, knowledgeable and downright trustworthy. I can’t wait to come back and purchase anniversary gifts for my future husband. If you are looking for the best deal for your money alongside customer service LA GRAVINESE JEWELERS is the place to go and don’t forget to ask for Dominique!!!

I purchased my fiances engagement ring from LaGravinese in Pelham. What I liked about LaGravinese was their knowledge about their products. I dealt with Jeanette and you could tell that this is what she does. She guided me through the ins and outs of color, cut, clarity, and carat (4Cs as I now know it). She didnt pressure me or try to up sell me. She helped guide me with my selection and in turn I found the one. When shopping for something like this I want to deal with someone that really knows what they are talking about. Too often you deal with people who are just not educated about what they are selling --> how can I trust someone on such a purchase when they dont even know the product. Thank you LaGravinese and Jeanette! I will be back! I appreciate the knowledge you have about your craft and the trust factor I had with dealing with you.

This little family owned shop in the little village of Pelham, NY is the place to go when it comes to jewelry. I learned about Lagravinese Jewelers from my father who grew up in Pelham, NY. Looking for the right ring to propose concluded here at this little shop that sparkles from the quality of their diamonds. Dominque is amazing along with her sister Maxine. I told both ladies my budget and they put together a one of a kind engagement ring, where friends have been calling me to ask "where did you go?" You cant get any better when it comes to Lagravinese Jewlers. I appreciate everything ladies in making my future wife ball her eyes out in the beauty of her ring.

LaGravinese Jewelers is an exceptional family business, and I recommend it highly to anyone looking for beautiful, expertly-made jewelry sold in a friendly, unpretentious environment. Jeanette and her family are talented and committed to making their customers happy. My fiancé had my engagement ring custom-made there and I could not be happier with it. I have returned several times to purchase (very successful) gifts for friends and family. My father has been a customer ever since he bought my mothers engagement ring there 32 years ago. All of my experiences at LaGravinese have been wonderful. Five stars!

The people at this place are wonderful and trustworthy. It was clear from my experience shopping there that there first priority was making sure that I got exactly what I was looking for, and they gave me an incredible price too. If you are shopping for jewelry in the area I would definitely reccomend trying this place out first. I saw a sign in a display case that also said that they could get any ring you are interested in. They can also make and design rings for you. Overall I could not have asked for a better shopping experience. I will definetely do business there in the future.

Wonderful place! Owners family owned nicest people you will ever meet! My mother in law is in beginning stage of dementia she placed 3 right rings on her finger and one on other hand her wedding rings. They were so kind and concerned and stopped eveything to help her.
