I have bought jewelry from this place, 1st off let me say VERY EXPENSIVE! they tell you it cost for example 479$ when it cost way less then that but they will try and make a deal with you so t hey get money either way. so that 479$ now becomes 250$ or 300+$ and trust me they will always go for the highest price and run some line of i have to make money to since this is commision. if that were true then you would be out of a job. lol, kinda funny the guanni lady there she is quite nice but the other two there trying to act white when they are arabs. they are nothing but racist workers. if you look gettho forget about comming into this shop and being treated like a human. they will see you as a cash machine only. funny thing is you can go to another Jewelry store in castle hill and buy the same things for a much lesser price. [ Castle Hill right next to the dunkin donuts if you needed to know ] but yeah my rating for this place isnt even a 1 star unfortuantely i have to choose in order to put this comment up. my experience with the guy is horrible he will definately overprice everything you aska bout and not even show you the price tag. ah right here is something i learned about themthey will just put a price on an item and show you it so they can out beat you in thinking thats a good price they going to give you for it... well guess what i done my homework sent in loads of friends to inquire for a pair of earrings,bracelets,rings, and let me tell you the things they will tell you just to make a deal is outrageous. i dont see them being there for much longer to be honest i hope they wont. just because your located in the Parkchester Area does not mean come in here and take advantage of your future customers! it means lets get deals going to where people dont have to feel they are being taken for a fool. AND NO i am not looking for cheap gold, mind you they have 10k for that, im a 18K+ person and have loads of jewelry, BUT I FAIRLY WARN YOU this jewelry store is not worth the time or day.

Great experience.. Loved their jewelry that I bought for my wife. Every one was so helpful and patient with me and provided a lot of different pendants options for my wife. We finally settled on a cross and I couldnt be more happier. Thanks Stars Jewelers.. Will send you all my friends and family..

I love their customer service. I brought many items including our wedding bands, an engagement ring for my wife, and earrings. Eli was able to restore my grandmothers ring she passed down to me that was very old. I cant thank them enough for their great service!
