We brought our engagement ring for resizing and polishing here. Got it back with a dent where the cut was made, the setting loop crooked, one side of the loop so badly battered it was now significantly thinner than the other. I pointed out the dent and crookedness to the man behind the counter. He took out his pocket lens to examine it for what I, the non expert, saw clearly with a naked eye, only to reply "I dont see anything." I felt i was being mocked. I pointed it out again only to collect the same response. After 5 min of me insisting he finally allowed "oh, that. Well, that couldnt be done any better. Sorry." That was the experts response and this is me trying to save your jewelry and money. Stay away from those dilettantes. Also, the rings wasnt polished at all. It was merely steam cleaned.

Roman is my man. I thought my iPhone 4s was dead forever. I stopped into the shop feeling vanquished & hopeless. Smashed screen, could not see a thing, was not receiving calls, could not make calls, camera was making noises but the battery was shattered/looked destroyed. I did not have any backup mechanisms & I was going to go to the Sprint store to buy a new phone. Roman hooked me up. I swear, the guy can work magic. I have no idea what happened except that I sat on a stool in the shop, I was served a coffee & in less than an hour, my iPhone was better than new. Roman is a genuine professional & he can mend phones at lightning speed. I was ready to hurl hundreds of dollars at Sprint for a new phone. Roman charged me 85$. HIGHLY recommended

I completely cracked my Iphone screen at work last night. This morning, I Googled and found Roman who told me that I could bring my phone in at any point, and he would fix it within an hour. Sure enough, I brought my phone to him, ran a few errands, and when I returned, my phone was good as new! I cannot believe how quick and efficient he is. It would have cost double or more if I went to the Apple store. Roman is very knowledgeable and happily gives advice when it comes to your phone. I stopped in here yesterday hoping they could remove a cheap ring that was stuck on my index finger. The swelling, the pain, I was nervous! Super friendly and fast. The jeweler cut it right off! Also learned you shouldnt wait, because the skin will grow around the ring, making it harder! I have a cracked iphone too and got a price quote. Felt like wow I needed this kind of easy customer service to end my day!

I called just to get a price on a spring bar for one that I lost. The guy was extremely rude on the phone and wouldnt even tell me how much they cost. Just kept telling me that I had to come in. I told him exactly what I needed, then he said in a mocking tone..."Itll be $5, you coming in?" $5 for a spring bar? Youve gotta be kidding! I can go to kmart and get them cheaper than that. Ridiculous!

I just purchased a bracelet for my moms 60th birthday and couldnt be happier. It was a Tiffany & Co. bracelet in excellent condition - couldnt tell it wasnt from the store, other than the price (about 50% off retail). They even removed a link in the bracelet (due to small wrist size) and offered to make a pendant for free. Easy 5 stars.
