It might be a good store, I would not know. Store hours listed 9 am - 8pm Tried to call the store from 930am to 1020am, Some one would pick up the phone and hang it back up. I had a simple question, before i drove 20min to the store!! wasted my time on the phone for a quick question. I called an other store in Ogdensburg (they answered right away) and bought my items there!!! I wont ever GO TO THIS STORE!!! If you cant even answer the phone,What else wont you do!! very simple way to loose customers even before they step into your store, In this day and age with the bad economy one would think EVERY customer is needed!!! Guess NOT!!! Find an other store, WALMART not far, P&C, Price Chopper is also close by!!!!!!! They all will answer the phone and are all helpful!!!
