I have given them my business BUT this year I had a conversation with an employee on the phone...was given wrong information... the manager 5 8" tall as he (R.M) SARCASTICALLY put on the phone that the "green" employee gave me wrong information & he cannot confirm or deny the conversation so therefore it didnt happen. BUYER BEWARE: They will pull a fast one on you even if it cuts their nose to spite their face. They will no longer receive our business. I will share my story. They will not do the right thing by you.

I grew up in the Oakdale area and my parents rented my siblings and my equipment from this shop since the early 90s. This past winter I brought my own family of four to this shop this past winter. Friendly staff and great prices. They helped install the ski rack for my vehicle and were very knowledgeable about gear and ski resorts.

They lost my familys business when they wouldnt exchange a season snowboard rental for ski rental. The manager wouldnt budge on it. They would have gotten 4 more rentals and additional clothing we needed but Ill take my business somewhere else. Shame, I like shopping local.

Although the sales clerk was great - when I had to deal with the manager or owner he was arrogant and condescending. Skip this place.
