This was my third attempt to receive a soy Green Tea Latte at this location. My first try was months ago and the barista free-poured the beverage making it more of a Green Tea Cappuccino, being soy milk it gets quite foamy as she should know. But I brushed it off and on my next trip I asked specifically for it to not be free-poured, the young man was new and unsure of how to mark the cup which was fine but after asking the same manager(?) how to denote no free-pour she said she would make it. However, she once again free-poured it. I decided tonight to give it another shot because I had a hankering for my drink. I went on my way hoping that she wouldnt be there and if she was that maybe shed listen to me this time. Boy was I wrong. Not only did she use a milk pitcher for soy, she free-poured again after checking with me twice at the register, once asking me if I said I wanted it free-poured to which I asked for her to please make sure it wasnt as it bothers me. So I sit here writing a review with my 3/4 full cup wondering why I paid $4.16 for this. I know I dont need soy and I know its a little pricey but thats why I rarely get it. Please train your employees correctly as I would rather not drive an extra 3 or so miles to another store. Everything else I have ordered has been very good at this location. Thank you for reading.

This Starbucks location is one of the best Ive been to. I sadly moved out of N.Y so I will only be visiting this store when Im in town . I will miss all of the friendly staff who knew me by name and knew exactly what my drink of choice was (trenta iced coffee liquid cane sugar and breva) . Thank you for making my everyday wonderful . Giving 3 stars because they never seem to get mobile orders right. Two out of the three times I placed a mobile order through the Starbucks app, they did not have the order ready. The idea of ordering in advance is to have the order ready when you arrive.

The Starbucks brand is known for its efficiency and customer care. I would like to highly rate this Starbucks in particular. There is almost never a line and the baristas are the kindest Ive met so far.

This place is my home away from home. The manager is a pleasure. The rest of the staff is very friendly and accommodating. And, needless to say, they make a good cup of joe.

Parking is very limited here. This is like most other Starbucks once youre inside the store. Depending on the time of day, getting a seat can be problematic.

Just ran in to get coffee. No parking available, not even double parking. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. Great service, clean, but busy.
