I went to Healey Kia to look at the new 2017 Kia Sportage SX Turbo model. I met Justin Vandyke @ this time. He is a client advisor. The model I wanted to drive was not in stock. Mr. Vandyke promised he would look into getting a car for me to drive that suited my needs since I just missed one that was exchanged to another dealer one day earlier. Brian Boolukos the Sale Manager and Justin Vandyke said they would pursue this endeavor on June 1, 2016 and on June 10th I drove away with this vehicle. The professionalism of a multitude of staff Mark McKnight: Finance Director, Nick Tobar: Client Advisor, Brandon Kjartansson: Assistant Manager and the Service Department & Parts Department. Mr. James Barrett the General Manager provided me with stellar customer service from the beginning to the end. There is a right way to do business and treat people and the wrong way to do business and treat people. It all started with Mr. Justin Vandyke in calling me upon 30 minutes of the car arriving and he followed up with every phone call , text & email. He is absolutely the most efficient, patient and professional client advisor I have ever experienced. Would I recommend him and this dealership YES. I have done so already. Kia is a great vehicle, Sales, Service, Parts, Finance basically every aspect of their establishment demonstrated exceptional care and service. This is my 3rd Kia and I love this new vehicle. Thank you all for your kindness extended to me in this new purchase. You work hard and do a job that is worth praising about. Justin Vandyke you have my deepest respect !!!

Im probably in the top 1% of the pickiest, most difficult to please people in the world, and James and Brandon, really everyone at Healey KIA from sales to service, were fantastic. Brandon was awesome in providing test drives (emphasis on the plural) and technical information, courteous, patient, and very considerate, throughout several long visits. James was also courteous, patient, fair, and honest, with great follow-up. While there I also saw how everyone else operate on the sales floor, in the service garage, and out in the lot, and the experiences of other customers, and all of them were more than satisfied. Ill provide two minor criticisms just to show how picky but sincere my review is. The finance manager point blank called me cheap for asking if the pick-up ride would be free after I didnt purchase any of extra warranties or services, but was otherwise friendly. And my car had several things overlooked in detailing it for pick-up, but everyone was diligent to address all of them. If Im ever on the market for another KIA, I wouldnt go anywhere else, and they are quite a bit out of my way. Thanks, again everyone at Healey KIA.

I have spent the last few weeks wandering the Hudson Valley shopping for a new car. The car of choice had been narrowed down to a smaller sized SUV which seem to come in at least two iterations among all the known car manufactures. This new car also happens to be my first lease, which is new territory for me and offered some trepidation as well. Last week, however, I found myself at Healey Kia to test drive their vehicles. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted with smiling faces and handshakes. Malik, our salesman, sat with us drawing up a list of our wants and needs. He then quickly searched the inventory and found a Sportage and Sorento which both matched that list. The entire staff was was helpful with our many questions (mostly from my wife) and very kind to our children. We were able to quickly find the car we liked and a payment we wanted. I would recommend to give Healey Kia a try to anyone in the market for a car. Many thanks also to Malik, James and Brian for welcoming us and making this process particularly painless.

i brought a Kia Forte for them which I really dont major problems with. I took my son to purchased a Ford Focus 2015! 10 days after purchasing the Ford Focus the clutch of the transmission went called Healy Brothers! Their response was! You already purchased the you need to go the the dealership! You have warranty on it they have to fix it! Ok called the dealer sunshine in Newburgh which they gave no problem to fix the problem! Come to find out that the Ford Focus has an issues with that particular model the clutch tends to go fast! I asked them if I didnt have the warranty! How much wouldve cost out pocket? Their response was coupled thousands of dollars! Went back to Kia to see if we can switch-cars their reply was no! Minded you I had the car for 10 days smh. I called Brandon he told me that he will call me back! What joke still waiting for call car was purchased on 3/6/2017! I just called again and spoke to Nick today he said he left 30 seconds ago! All the time I was right outside! And Brandon was there all the time.

Recently I went in to Healey Kia for a test drive and information on a 2017 Kia Sorento. My experience from the minute I walked into the showroom was fantastic. I met Malik outside. He brought me in and introduced me to the manager and then took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for in my new car. From there I met with Steve who walked me through the financing process. This could not have been easier. Steve made sure I got the best deal I could. This was easily one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I even drove the car home just 2 hours later. Malik spent a good amount of time showing me all of the new features of my new car. I will be looking to Healey Kia for any of my future car needs. Thanks guys!

When it was time for a new car we went to Healey Kia based on a recommendation of a family member and asked for Justin. Justin was friendly, polite and knowledgable. We went over what we were looking for in a vehicle, what we were comfortable spending, and about our trade in. He showed us a few cars and within a few hours we were driving one home. There was never any pressue and he took the time to answer all of my questions. Everyone we delt with was great- Justin, James (general manager), and Mark (finance). I would not hesitate to go back and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Excellent experience. Website is well organized and provides real time pricing on all vehicles in inventory. Handy pricing calculator lets you see what each vehicle will cost per month based on what you are putting down so that when you arrive at the dealership, your quote will closely reflect what you see online as opposed to the bait and switch tactics of other dealers. Sales people were friendly and informative without being pushy and didnt try to push a car on us the day that we first visited. Leased a great car at a fair price with no hassle. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was kind, courteous, and straightforward. The sales representative took great care to make sure that we had a healthy selection of vehicles to choose from within our price range. The maintenance staff did a great job detailing our vehicle. Healey Kia offered a wide variety of options for our vehicle, including warranty packages, gap insurance, theft/key protection, and prtective simonise coating for the interior and exterior of our vehicle. The staff was adaptive and knowledgeable to many of the different needs of active duty servicemembers.
