I used to go to this store a lot, but too much has changed recently. For used items, its kind of pricy. I also heard that the prices were about to go up even more. The managers never want to come out of the office even after I asked for one repeatedly to check on the price for an item, they had an employee bring it to the back instead. I would give less stars if it wasnt for my cashier. She was a really sweet girl which was surprising because most staff there are kind of rude. She remembered my name from the last time Id shopped there, and is the only reason this store doesnt have the one star review it deserves. She said she was leaving the store soon for a road trip across the states and I advised she find another job when she gets back from vacation because this place will just get worse. I for one wont be shopping here again anytime soon.

Normally I dont complain about employees , but this person was very rude. A person brings items to these location to help others. I brought miscellaneous items to location and one of the item was a electrical device. Item was place on top of container in plan view. When I asked for my plastic container back employee picked up container and throw all items into another container causing damage to item. I dont know if Goodwill trains employees how to interact with customers, but maybe they need a meeting. I wont be returning but there are many places that would appreciate my business. ***Goodwill in Vails Gate***

These people are charging eBay prices for old Nintendo Games, including shipping sometimes. I bought Zelda from this Goodwill store for $20.00.....It seems like the employees with knowledge seem to inflate the price to make this store more cash. Thats not cool. I really like shopping here, but blatantly charging eBay prices for old Retro Games is kind of ridiculous. Zelda is NOT in high demand for a 30 year old Nintendo System. I highly doubt my $20.00 went to "Charity"....

Worst job pricing items of all the goodwill stores. Ive actually had them try to sell me things for more than the original price with the tags still on it. They get great stuff but forget who their customers are and are nasty about it. Nasty to the workers too. Much better off crossing the bridge way out of the way than giving a dime to these people. Its a shame.

Ive started buying old paperback novels here and I never walk away without buying another one to add to my collection. Not to mention that there is some really good stuff to buy here if you dont mind buying some second hand items. Once I even found a blu-ray machine! All in all, Id rather shop here than at Barnes and Noble. Good store to buy used stuff.

Prices are ridiculously high. Saw lots of things that would be cheaper to get brand new. Also when did goodwill start selling canned goods...for more than they are at the grocery store?! Staff takes no notice of you until you want to pay. Will not be back. Only good thing I can say is its pretty organized for a thrift store.

I do a lot of thrift shopping and this store is incredibly expensive. Its not unusual to see old plain cotton shirts for $8.99, which can be found at Salvation Army for $0.99-2.99. However, they do get brand new rejects from target, which can often be found in multiples. But again, expect a high price.

This is Goodwill not Tiffany and Co. The prices keep going up an up. I have given up on buying anything here. I seen dollar store items in here for sale for $4.99. People shop here for a deal and the majority of the stuff is donated to them. It is crazy to overcharge like that

I used to work here. Its a nice place if you really look around to find things. Also certain color tags are on sale every week for 50% off. If you know how to shop here, you can get pretty decent deals.

Some of the prices are a little high, like 10-12 for a dress. Which keep in mind are USED. Make sure to go on the sale dates to get lower prices.
