Very bad experience with Manager. She has no manners to talk to customer. My wife had to return the broken bathroom dispenser and they were not able to find on the receipt. She sarcastically told my wife that this has a tag of KOHLSSSS. My wife told her that am I going to lie for $5 and you can check on the shelf as I bought this afternoon. Manager again sarcastically said "I am not going there and if I find in the receipt then I will return". This is not a customer service. I read another comment with bad review for Manager behavior. Top management should look into the issues and have a proper training for managers. The cash clerk was young kid and apologizing to my wife.

The manager Chris is a miserable person...she wouldnt honor an online price which all the other items in the baby depot had the SAME prices as online....and online hs free shipping till 9/30/11. The comforter sets in the store were super old and they had one marked $159.99 and the same exact one for 169.99. She was a nasty person never even came over to the register to try and assist me just said no like some single miserable woman! The Freehold store is better and cleaner, this store had things thrown all over the place very dirty and messy. Dont believe me go see for yourself, youll leave.

It was refashioned yet it retained the same old filthy carpeting . The clothing selection is very disappointing and they no longer carry the plus sizes they used to. Everything is displayed very sloppily. Very sad overall.
