Experience was terrible everytime I go in there some employee follows me as if Im going to steal something, so for that reason I barely go in the store, today I decided to go in for flannels, I didnt find any so on my way out the store I picked up a body spray to smell it, minutes later this guy I believe his name is "Mike" says he works for hollister comes up to me pressuring me to give him a body spray that I was falsely accused of stealing

Most of the clothes you can find here are very good, the customer service was quick to attend to me, store is mostly clean and dressrooms are clean, lighting is fine and doesnt annoy you when looking at something and there are chairs in dressers, inside in some places and out so you can sit waiting, overall it was good.

Finally an easy way to order shirts that fit, and where I chose all features and fabric. Ive already ordered 8 shirts after trying the first one, and will order many more in coming years. Send them a fitted shirt and they ll enter its size in their system.

The guy at counter is not at all experienced....he literally charged me double the amount of what I purchased from the store. I called them for refund, they are so rude and are saying me to visit the store because of their mistake. Ridiculous experience.
