The store manager does not give the customers the service they deserve. She has personal conversations with coworkers, answers personal cell phone calls and talks, all while attempting to count her cash drawer and having 6 customers standing on line...waiting...waiting...waiting. She then overcharged the first customer for an item and would not give her the reduced price taking $5 off the $25 item. She should have done it, just to apologize for the bad service. In the store managers mind, she did nothing wrong and is excellent at multi-tasking. In order to be excellent at multi-tasking, you have to be able to do it, AND do it well. She did not! It took 16 minutes before the first person in line was finally waited on while the second one left her shopping and walked out. I would have done the same, but the BARGAIN was fabulous!! The store is CLEAN and very well set up. I dont buy clothes at thrift stores, but the furniture finds were great!

Stopped in here with my Family. Fun to look for good deals!!! The staff is friendly and helpful. The only complaint is, it could be a little cleaner! Things are pretty dusty and a little grungy feeling! But, if you can overlook that (bring hand sanitizer...lol) you may find something nice at a great price!!

I dislike the Salvation Army as an organization, and the Hudson Valley is full of better thrift shops, but as individual Salvation Army franchises go, this one is the best and the most potentially worthwhile to visit.

Inventory is pretty good. Two changing rooms with mirrors but there is usually a wait. No bathroom. Huge furniture warehouse area not seen in the other stores around this area. Prices are reasonable.

I love a good thrift store. This one was having a half price sale the day we went. Picked up a couple of tops. One of them was brand new. Cant resist a bargain. Great place to buy props for photos
