Brought in my new Invicta Reserve watch to be sized for my wrist on 6/23/16. The woman who helped me was super friendly and knowledgeable. She had my new watch resized for me in less than 5 minutes. And the price was awesome!! Ill definitely be going back there for now on. Anyone in the surrounding areas of Mt. Sinai should definitely be going to the Jewelry Hospital.

Fast, thorough, friendly, and affordable service. I got a ring resized which took a half hour (fast!) whereas some jewlery stores tell you to leave it with them and wait 2 weeks. Vincent was careful with the ring as he checked to see if the ring was clarity enhanced before cleaning it. I ended up paying a fraction of what other jewlery stores will charge!
