Less than two weeks before my wedding, I went to Mr Conte and told him exactly what I wanted for wedding bands. The rings were in within a couple of days of ordering and then he custom altered, resized, and engraved the them to my liking all within three days working time. And there was no extra charge for the rush or the unanticipated altering and resizing. He was able to give a last minute bride exactly what I wanted, calmly handle the unexpected and reassure me when I thought it might mean I wouldnt have rings for my wedding. I think this level of customer service is hard to come by these days. As a comparison I went to several other jewelery stores (in bigger cities) and found sales people unable or unwilling to work within my time constraints and lacking in knowledge beyond the sales catalog. Joseph A Conte Jewelers goes above and beyond for the customer, and for that I am truely grateful.

I went to Conte Jewelers to get an engagement ring and I am happy I did. After going to all the chain stores that really didnt have a great selection of rings, Joe had every type possible and was very knowledgeable. He was able to customize the ring for the diamond I had selected and she loved it.
