If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This was our first time visiting "Mikraft" jewelry and we were not sure what to expect other than the positive reviews we had seen online, the reviews did not lie! Mike (store owner) was extremely professional, nice, personable, helpful, smart, and easy to talk to. He gave us honest advice without trying to sell us anything and his attention to detail while repairing is unorthodox. His selection of jewelry is extensive as well as some beautiful customer work that he does himself, the prices of these valuables are more than fair priced as well. We were there for a simple watch battery replacement and sterling silver chain fix but felt we were more than customers, that we had been going there for ages as regulars. I highly, highly recommend this shop if you are in need of a jeweler. He is honest and most certainly has our future business!

Ive known Mike since he first started his business. I followed an ad for jewelry repairs because I needed to have an opal reset in an antique setting. He did a job that another jeweler said couldnt be done. Over the years, he has repaired other difficult to repair jewelry for me. His inventory reflects excellent taste. Mike made several custom pieces for my wife and daughters which they continue to wear on a regular basis. Mikes quality and customer service are at the highest level. His prices are fair. You wont regret using Mike.
