Ive had a relationship with Elegant for many years purchases ranged from simple gifts to an extravagant custom ring which Mike and Arsen recently made for my wife. Crosses, earrings, gold chains, resetting my wifes engagement ring twice through the years, and a diamond bezel Rolex for my wifes 40th birthday. Elegant has always delivered. You can expect a fair price right off the bat and they are ALWAYS willing to work with you if you have a budget in mind. The product is good and service consistent as well as professional. Michael is current with his knowledge of jewelry trends as well as classic styles that are always desirable. There is NO junk in their store and they do not push outdated jewelry. They can source diamonds for your custom project and can produce computerized drawings of your dream piece before committing to a purchase. If its not what you want there is no pressure to buy. Thats why Elegant Jewelry has remained a successful business and a community "Gem." I plan to continue my relationship for years to come.

Elegant Jewelry is the best place for your jewelry needs. I am sooo thankful I went here for my engagement ring and wedding band because Mike saved me a few THOUSAND dollars. I got really into my stone search when engagement ring shopping. I went to over TEN places! Most places were similar in price, but Mike, not even knowing me, killed the other competition with price and gained a lifelong customer. Everyone working there is friendly, knowledgeable, and they are true professionals. I went there with a picture of a very wild looking detailed engagement ring that a friends girlfriend HAD to have. Mike said "piece of cake" and began the step by step process of showing blueprints, 3d images of the construction of the ring, and finally the end product. In the end it was a PERFECT custom ring that he made a reality from an image. Ive already sent two friends there (and counting) and they were very thankful for the service and great prices they got. I truly have nothing but respect for Mike and Arsen (Owners of Elegant Jewelry). These guys are truly a class act! In the jewelry business, a lot of times people get taken advantage of, but not when you come here! These are the most honest jewelers I have ever dealt with, and they will go out of their way to make any customer happy! I recently got engaged last weekend, and Mike and Arsen went out of their way to make my experience amazing! They worked extremely hard to design a ring within my price range and they made it exactly how I wanted it! I will never go anywhere else for jewelry, and I highly recommend if you are in the market for jewelry you should definitely at least go check them out. Nicest and most honest guys in the business, and they design incredibly beautiful jewelry!!!!!

I purchased a watch from this store with a 14 day full refund policy. I returned the watch in under a week, and a month after I returned the watch, they still hadnt refunded my credit card. I had to call American Express to file a dispute. Only then, they gave me a refund, but for $200 less than the purchase price!!! Anthony and his father, MIchael, the owner, offered me $200 less on the next watch I select, but I dont want another watch from them, all I want is the money back that I paid. I would NOT recommend buying anything from them, they are thieves!!! THey are holding on to $200 of my money for no reason at all. BEWARE

I have purchased, many pieces of jewelry from Mike at Elegant Jewelry over the past years. All of the the jewelry was of the highest quality and at the best prices. Recently my son was looking for a special engagement ring for his girlfriend. Mike did a quick sketch of what my son described (Mike is an artist and draws great). Mike got him a magnificent diamond and created a setting with diamonds that was exactly what my son was looking for at a price that was perfect. Mike continues to always have a great variety of jewelry at excellent prices.
