Where do I begin. Shady Shady Shady. I walked in and waited 15 min while the rude sales girl continued her phone conversation and never even acknowledged my presence. Finally with an enormous attitude she pulled out the tray that I was told were $30 rings (for the small ones). I selected 3. I was told $75 for the 3. I asked her for a loop to inspect one of the rings and she told me "NO". Great customer service! Upon deciding with my boyfriend I mentioned to him (Big Mistake on My Part) that I thought the one said 14k. She snatched the ring from me and said "Ill check that out". Oh, so now a loop is readily available. Hmm. She went into the back, cleaned the filthy ring and called her apparent boss. I could here her tell him the story saying "I dont know how it got there". She came back out and said I couldnt purchase the ring and would have to speak with the manager in the morning. I told her she quoted me a price and I wanted to buy the ring (along with the 2 others). She rudely said "no, I cant. That was my boss and he said no." Of course there were other remarks made that were an effort to explain her shady actions. I asked her to allow me to speak with her boss. Her response with a gritty snarl was, "I am the manager. He will not speak to you." I have to say this is quite possibly the most absurd experience with a sales person Ive ever had. Talk about bad business. I made sure I pointed out the fact that, had I not told her about the imprint she would have never had a clue. Makes me wonder what the purpose of being honest is anymore. She then had the nerve to say I was trying to rip her off. Pretty ridiculous considering she was clueless and I certainly didnt put it in the wrong tray myself. Plus, if I was out to rip her off, I would have said nothing. Incompetent, rude and horrible sales skills. This lady should be no where near a sales counter of ANY KIND! So now she lost the sale of all 3 rings and I warn all others who dare to enter that store, first ask yourself if you want to be ignored, treated disrespectfully and ripped off. If not, Keep walking and there is a wonderful jewelry store on the corner just a few stores away. Needless to say, the other store got my business and over a silly cheap ring even if it was gold.

Lovely saleswoman always gives me the best prices she can when Im buying and especially selling. She pays a bit more than the few other shops on Main Street and even if she didnt, Id still go to her because of the respect I get there. Ive seen her be generous to people down on their luck and patient with indecisive people. Humility and kindness go a long way in business and thats why I go back to her every time. I love this store!
