I called to place an order for the following morning. The woman could not get my credit card info correct. It was decided I could pay for it when I arrived. I went to pick up my order. She is on the phone and the only person at the counter. The person she was on the phone was calling because her order was not completed so the girl had to issue a credit. It took her 3 different tries to get the card information correct. Then she apologized for making me wait so long. She went to check on my order and it wasnt done. I had someplace to be and the hold up with the credit for the phone call put me behind schedule. She then asked me if I could wait 15 minutes and they would get it done. I told her I could not wait. I like edible arrangements and was hoping to bring it for the birthday. I expected my order to be ready. I lost 6 minutes in dealing with them plus the time it took me to get there. I couldnt get it delivered as I was leaving the County. I will not order for this particular place again but would consider a different location of this franchise.

I had an arrangement shipped to my parents on a Saturday. By the time I made the order it was technically Saturday morning but they were delivered no problem. My parents went out for the day, so the owner called me directly and offered to mail it the following day (Sunday) with no problems. Again my parents were out and when I spoke with the owner on the phone she offered to try it again at a later time, even after they would be closed for the day. It was so easy to work with them and they were so accommodating, I truly appreciated it and my parents were thrilled by the arrangements looks and taste!
