I had a really poor experience with European Petals at my wedding shower. I called this business two weeks in advance to order two floral arrangements with simple guidelines: a set color scheme, not too many roses, and delivery at noon on the day of the shower. The florist called at 11:30 am to let me know the flowers were on their way. However, they were delivered close to 3 hours late, after most of the party had happened, and after a lot of aggravation. I was told that they were moving that day and that they were sorry but I wasnt explained why the flowers took over 3.5 hours to be delivered to the neighboring town. In addition, the flowers were 70% roses despite my instructions. Two days after the shower, I called European Petals to let them know how upset I was and ask for compensation. I was offered $50, while the overall price of the flowers was much higher. I thought it wasnt enough of a compensation but Ender, who I dealt with at EP didnt budge or express much concern that his lack of professionalism and communication had a highly negative impact on my wedding shower. I would recommend NOT doing business with European Petals.

Contacted European Petals the morning of my event with a last minute need. Spoke to a gentleman who instantly understood what I was looking for. I followed up with some images as it was for a very specific corporate brand look. I was nervous sourcing a larger order with only a few hours to execute, however I was hoping for the best based on positive reviews and an elegant website. Sure enough, 4hrs later they arrived with 10 arrangements both large and small and they were SPECTACULAR! I was blown away by the quality of the flowers and fillers and couldnt believe they were able to pull it off so last minute with such a specific look. I couldnt have been happier! I just wish all floral vendors were as amazing as European Petals. I cant thank you guys enough, my client was thrilled. Much appreciation!

If I could give this review 6-stars I would. I am located over 2,000 miles away in California and was able to send some funeral arrangements without any issues or concerns. The team @ EP seem to have it all figured out and made me seem as if I was priority #1. I made two transactions and am very pleased with the turnout. Unique, fresh flowers, and prompt delivery service. I dont see how they do not have over 100 positive reviews by now. Prices are fair. However, your buying quality. Highly recommended.

My daughter just got married. We ordered the flowers from European Petals. Everything looked so beautiful and gorgeous. Ender came to the reception early and made sure everything was delivered on time. He finished the last touches on the wedding cake with fresh flowers which added a special touch. Their arrangements are always modern and full of beautiful flowers, I have never seen a carnation or piece of babys breath in their shop or any of their arrangements! The quality of flowers they use is unparalleled and Ender has design capabilities found nowhere else, not much filler just beautiful flowers!
