About a month ago, my teenage daughter and I decided to finally go to Starbucks in the Walmart parking lot (orange plaza lane), the first visit we had a very nice gentleman, he gets 4 stars, not 5 because the floor and interior that you can see from the drive thru window is so discusting! BUT he is the only server who actually got our order correct. Since then and every time its been different girls, just one mistake after the other, it just got worse and worse wrong drinks, trying to hand me a cup with a lid half on dripping drink all over it, plus it wasnt the correct drink ARE YOU kidding me, for the prices we are paying what audacity these girls have to think they are going to hand me a dripping wet half covered incorrect drink Im DRIVING and not interested in having sticky hands and a sticky steering wheel dripping on my clean clothes all over my SUV, but yesterday was the worst experience yet-- This girl took our order, and mind you over $200 in a month of messed up, made wrong, still never corrected orders on top of lines 20-30 cars every time. So the girl takes our order, and then has me pay NEVER says anything to me about anything and tries to hand me a wrong drink, I say no thats not a Caffè Vanilla Frappuccino I quickly show her a photo from my phone something Ive had to do a dozen times She says yes this is it, we are out of whipped cream. Im thinking this is something you should have mentioned when I was ordering and how dare she charge me for a drink she cant even make. I literally am not sure what I said I was just appalled at this girls manner Im like this is not what I ordered and you should be reducing the price plus it isnt going to taste the same Im thinking I just waited 25 minutes in line for this nonsense again, and she responds thats what the guy in front of you just said. Like she couldnt grasp her stupidity then she says we make the whipped cream by hand and we just dont have time to make it. Now she doesnt have a clue about reducing the price and I just want out of there. She hands me our banana bread cold supposed to be toasted and buttered and the next drink supposed to be a caffè double chocolate chip Frappuccino nope receipts wrong drinks wrong she made just chocolate shake no coffee in it. Every time Ive gotten to the window Ive had to sit and wait for them to remake the drink correctly I even had to tell that one girl dont you dare hand me a dripping wet sticky drink with a lid half on. Who trains these people they literally have no common sense nor any idea of the value of a dollar. I certainly hope enough people will complain about this one particular location because I have now deleted my Starbucks app and have gone back to Mcdonalds Carmel Frappes and chocolate chip Frappes where every 5 you get 1 free and they cost 1/2 of what Starbucks costs. Extremely disappointed in this location Enough is enough

Starbucks, not the greatest coffee but pretty tasty nonetheless when there are diligent baristas on duty. Parking is often full at this free-standing store but ample in the shopping plaza in which it is situated. Lots of drive-thru business at this location makes it wise to order via the app if you are going inside. Speaking of inside, if you are looking to meet with someone and/or hunker down for a while this place can get crowded re: seating. Even though its larger than most Starbucks locations and there is ample room for some additional seating to be added, much open space remains under-utilized. Convenient to the highway and open later than most suburban/exurban Starbucks stores. This makes it a very good option.

I was here on may 12th, 2016 about 5 :15 to 6pm. The service was quick but what I witnessed was one kid throwing a paper cup at another kid behind the counter. They were playing but it didnt show any work professionalism or respect for the customer coming in like myself who needed a nice atmosphere after visitng the dentist. Also all the kids were talking very loud that it destroyed the nice ambiance that I enjoy at most Starbucks. I refer to these young adults as kids because that was the level of their conduct.

This location has a drive-thru option which is nice. But I like going inside for the bright open space. They have lots of tables and chairs, making it a great place to meet with people and catch up. They have enough space that I dont have to feel bad if i sit down for long periods of time. Also, the free wifi is great. The staff here is always friendly and happy and gets my order right. Only drawback is that theres usually a line since its the only starbucks around.

The staff is great they clearly try their best every time and work very hard. But it looks like they arent well taken care of by Starbucks. They often run out of drinks or ingredients, sometimes their machines are broken and its difficult to get them repaired swiftly, sometimes they run out of cup sizes or lids. It feels like Starbucks needs to give this location a little more love.

1 star away from perfect because sometimes they can be slow, maybe because of the level of customers they have all throughout the day and also because the service is not always consistent, youll have one day an attentive barista, the next day you might not. Overall, is a pretty good coffee shop, its nice to go and study there as its for the most part quiet.

The guy who made my grande quad soy latte forgot to put any espresso in it. It was an $8 drink and I tipped in advance. I was friendly, they were friendly. They just dont know what theyre doing. I dont hate but I will personally not risk throwing my money away there again. Sorry excuse for a barista, but its Middletown; I dont expect much in that dump.

Starbucks is the worst disgusting coffee place that I ever been to. Yesterday, I gotten the new unicorn frappe. My mom and I waited for 15 minutes. The employees took forever and had an attitude. Its every times, we come in to Starbucks half of the empl are bitchy, rude, and has an attitude problem. We wont be coming here ever again.

Often dirty. Decaf almost never available. Price mismark not addressed 5 months after pointing out to manager. Sugar and cream station often lacking at least two things. Manager not receptive to complaints. Many staff members disinterested. Poor parking. Worst Starbucks Ive been to.

After waiting 10+ minutes in the drive thru, I finally get my coffee and bite into my breakfast sandwich to taste cold egg. When I went in to notify staff, I didnt even get an "Im Sorry." Very poor customer service.

Asked the employees for their snapchats and they said no even the fat one in the back who Im pretty sure was in middle of dialysis but the bathroom has this soap that felt amazing as lube so Ill give it three stars

Go here at least 3-4 times a week. The staff is awesome and usually always have my order done on time. They definitely need to do a better job of keeping the pkace clan though. The bathrooms are a disgusting mess.
