Came in to try the place for a nice coffee and to get some work done on my laptop. To my surprise there was no seating here at all. Its just for getting drinks. I tried the Sumatra dark coffee which for me was ok, but if Im being honest, no more than that. Huge cup and too much water, creating what is basically just dark hot flavored water. My first time at Rook coffee is unfortunately far from my expectation, especially as it seems locally popular.

Aside from the fact I ducked in here to escape a storm, the staff was quick to greet, the floors counters and walls all spotless, the dark colors and simplistic designs are signature and the traditional New Orleans cold brew was phenomenal.

Great coffee, friendly service, no place to sit, just get your coffee and go. Their system is fine at most times but gets overwhelmed at very busy times. But the coffee is worth any inconvenience.

The New Orleans cold brew could end wars. Just drop bottles of that instead of bombs. Staff is awesome, coffee is amazing! 15 minutes from my house but so worth it!

The Almond croissant is reason enough to stop in. I only wish you would order enough to last the day. The lower shelf should be exclusively for Almond Croissants.
