Highly recommended. Carlos is very knowledgeable in both hardware and software. Easy to get a hold of, and any work needed is done both promptly and completely. A spotless store (and hes just opened a new location) with prices that are quite reasonable. Its a good feeling, to place your computer into the hands of someone your can really trust.
