*** STOP Dont do it... Back in 2007 I took my PC to PC Tecks 4U. My PC wouldnt start up. Was told I would loss all my info unless I pay for the backup. The price was to much. So I asked him just to fixe it. After 3 weeks I got it back. Only for it to completly crash. When I took it back to him he said that the computer was old and out dated. So I took it back home And that was that.... Untill I got a tablet and it keeped freezing. The only place that came to mind was PC Tech in Bristol. So I went back, I was told it would be $80 just to check it out and he was not sure if he could fix it. He was very short with me. I told him I would think about it. Never went back.... Driving on Farmington Ave in Bristol I found ReBoot Computer and sale. I stop to just ask if he worked on tablets. He said yes. Wanted to know what the fee would be just to look at it. When he said Free I was like for real. He said why would I charge you if I cant fix it. So I brought it in and 3 days later I have it back and it working and the fee just $35. So please dont waste your time or money and just bring it to ReBoot on Farmington Ave. Bristol, CT

Dont do it. This place took over a week to "diagnose" the issue (complete crash) w/ my machine and once they did, they told me my machine was not salvageable. They diagnosed hard drive failure and mother board failure. Not true! Ill explain in a sec. They also wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to recover my data on the hard drive and were never upfront with pricing. He pushed his own pcs to sell me as a replacement as well. Bunch of red flags, so needless to say I pulled it out of PC techs 4U. I took it to another shop a week after, they were able to repair within the week and I didnt even lose anything off my hard drive. Everything as it was before it crashed. Highly recommend "Relieve my PC"

I am a local business owner and depend upon my PC for all of my business records and transactions. It would never enter my mind to switch to another source for my computer/IT needs. I have been dealing with PC Techs 4 U for well over ten years. I have had machines repaired, upgraded and replaced with PC Techs 4 U and have never had a negative experience. Prices are very competitive, service is great. Yeah, one man operation, but that means the owner of the company always knows exactly who you are and all about your problem. You dont find that kind of service anywhere else. I highly recommend them for personal and business computer needs.

The best place to take your computer for any needs. I ended up with a nasty virus in 2012 and the prices were very competitive and fair for the amount of time that had to be put into fixing my problem. The following week I came back with my portable hard drive that had been having a long term issue and it was looked at for FREE. Who else offers that kind of service now a days? Above all else the owner is honest. He will not lie to you and tell you that things are wrong when they are not. He will check with you regarding any issues that you have an ask you before he fixes them.

Owner knows what hes talking about! Always accessible for questions. A busy business shows a good business! If there was no work on the counter Id question things. He always explains what we as users can do to prevent having to bring our pcs back too often for the same problems! Encourages maintence to keep up premium performance! Doesnt take shortcuts to fix, which can lead to temporary fixes, always takes the time to find out the source of the problem to determine the best way to fix an issue. A++ business!

I would like to say that I have had nothing but great experiences at PC TECHS 4U. The owner Ken is very delightful and friendly. He is Very knowledgeable about computers and has helped me with many issues free of charge as I have become a customer that he knows will only go to him. He is more then fair and certainly a very honest man. I would recommend my mother to go there so if I would do that then certainly anyone else should too!

I highly recommend PC Techs 4 U! Prices are very reasonable, and the atmosphere is very friendly. I brought my lab top to PC Techs 4 U ,and while it was unable to be repaired, everything was explained to me in full detail of what was wrong. Owner knows what he is talking about, and is very polite. I wouldnt take my computer to any other store. You cant get the same experience going anywhere else.

Very unprofessional, did not keep to the timeframe he said work would be done. When called and asked was very rude. While work was satisfactory at best., he, (Kenneth Hicks), underestimated the quote, and would not return comp. until was paid with cash only. I am elderly and really felt he took advantage of my lack of knowledge. Bring your business someplace else.

Service is excellent! The owner will take the extra time when you pick up your computer/system to explain things. Very reasonable prices, honest, and fast turnaround for repairs. Laptop is working great, and got it back fast. Highly recommended.
