This florist delivered a dying mess to my mother-in-laws funeral. It was wilting, the carnations were already tinged with age and the greens were crispy and crumbled to the touch. It was supposed to be a crucifix. You had to imagine that it was there. This was an overnight wake and funeral the following morning. They were ordered from Texas via the on-line ordering service. Perhaps the distance offered a sense of anonymity. When a refund was requested she refused. The following morning an hour before the funeral she offered to replace the flowers. This was a day late and $100 short. Needless to say no one would even see or notice the flowers at that point. Thanks for being the only ugliness in an otherwise beautiful end. If I could choose zero stars I would have.

BEAUTIFUL WEDDING - Sandy at Rose Petal Florist does a wonderful job - Sandy arranged all of the flowers for mine and my husbands wedding. We ordered ivory and a particular type of pink roses and she did a great job creating my bridesmaids bouquets, our boutineers, and my bouquet. She was very pleasant to work with and was positive and reassuring about her work and kept in contact to make sure she knew what we expected. Sandys prices were much more reasonable for similar work, which was another reason we went with her. Not only that, but the particular rose I got was so fragrant and fresh. Anyone looking for a florist in the area or outside the area should most definitely use her service!

I had a lovely experience with Rose Petal Florist. Sandy was so helpful answering all of my questions. She was personable and friendly. I ordered a flower arrangement for my grandmother for her birthday and was very satisfied with the careful consideration and the creativity that was put into the arrangement. My grandmother loved it! I would highly recommend ordering flowers from this florist. They accommodated all of my needs happily and seemed to genuinely care about my satisfaction. I had a lot of difficultly posting my review and realized I couldnt post from my school google account- for anyone having the same difficulties!

Sandy, was a delight to work with! She was accommodating in all aspects with helping me provide a beautiful flower arrangement for my mothers birthday today! My mother was beyond thrilled with her gift and greeting. The efficiency and the personal care Sandy(the owner)provided was exceptional and flawless. Within 2 hours she helped me design my mothers special bouquet and had it delivered in her hand. With this gift my mother wept tears of joy and happiness! Amazingly Beautiful arrangements is what we received! Losing my father was one of the worst experiences of my life. Trying to make final arrangements was a nightmare except for ordering the flowers. Sandra sat down with my family and showed us several beautiful arrangements that best portrayed my fathers warmth and beauty. There were several compliments about the floral arrangements made as to how they truly represented the loving man my father was. Thank you Sandra for giving my father a gorgeous and peaceful end to his journey:)

I was away from the valley and couldnt pick out flowers for my Mothers birthday, so I googled the nearest florist. Rose Petals came up and I went to the site and ordered a birthday arrangement. Immediately following the purchase, I emailed and called to confirm the order. The woman I spoke with was very pleasant and was able to get the order together and delivered in just a couple hours! She even sent me a text message with a picture of the arrangement!! Wonderful florist all around! Highly recommend Rose Petals Florist any day!

We werent sure about placing an order from across the Atlantic, but Sandy immediately allayed all our concerns. She not only did a beautiful basket display for us, but delivered them in person to a very dear elderly friend in a nursing home, and was kind enough to send us photos of both the flowers and our friend, together with an update on how she was doing. Ive been shopping at this flower shop for 20 years; they have a beautiful selection of flowers each time I go there, they are always at the right price and they make beautiful floral arrangements that always fit the occasion whether its for a quick bouquet or for sympathy flowers, they have always come through. I have to comment on the quick efficient customer service through the years. They are the Best!

Wonderful customer service. We had our wedding at the overlook mansion and the bouquets we received were perfect! We were given picture examples the whole way, I was able to explain rxactly what I was looking for, and it really showed in the end result.
