Love coming to this place and the reason for that is, John. John is a knowledgable guy, has an answer for you immediately for any of your concerns along with an explanation as to why that oil, part, or labor is necessary for your car. Whether in person or via phone he has gone above and beyond to help me and has gone the extra mile to install a piece I had just purchased, with out even asking him to. I would still recommend to stop by in person as he does get bombarded with a ton of questions as a elaborate as he is to make sure you get an adequate response he may take a while and may place you on hold for a while over the phone. Dont get me wrong its not just about John the prices are not so bad either, I own a 2003 BMW 525i and nothing is cheap for this vehicle, but this place sure has helped me save a buck or two. However the store is a reflection of the people who work it and that begins with individuals like John.

Staff at this location is hit or miss. Some are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but some not so much. If youre not confident in the advice youre getting from a specific rep, ask to speak to someone else. Youll be happy you took the extra few minutes to save yourself from wasting money on unnecessary parts.
