care in this shop. I went to buy a bulb 19.95. BE CAREFUL READ PLEASE store Atlantic ave. they called me on the last cashier then I will pay with my visa after the swiping credit card. he tells me this box is damaged is moved to another box and swiping credit card again I say you passed my credit card twice he tells me not to be recorded is corrupt payment I went home and I enter the online bank and see two identical charges I call the bank to open a case and bank removed one of payments 30 days after returning to charge and the bank says that two transactions were not a duplicate they were two separate payments. I go the store and store clerk says the mánager passes weekly no fixed date. this smells like trick employees now have to pay 39.99

I was stuck in the diner parking lot. I needed a battery. I looked up and I was so happy there was Auto Zone. I went in to buy a new battery. The staff was sooooo helpful. I told them about my battery problem. They sold me an inexpensive good quality battery. Then they offered to install the battery for me. That was wonderful, especially since it was raining and I was not sure how to install a battery. The store carries a large inventory of auto parts for both cars and trucks. The prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend it. There is also plenty of free parking.

There is almost always a huge line filled with a mixture of customers and shade tree mechanics that are fixing other peoples cars in the parking lot. While the line piles up various staff members can be seen walking around watching the lines build up out of the corner of their eyes. Which is unfortunate because other staff actually seem to be professional and accommodating. The manager doesnt seem to be phased by this and has a bad attitude while he pushes impulse buys at the register and totally ignores the problems.

This place is the worst. Every time I did go it took forever to get help. All the staff does is hide and chitchat with their friends outside acting like they helping them. I walked out more then once. Its a poorly managed place. Horrible I live in Howard beach and I have to go to nassau county to get decent service. Everyone wants to make money and not work for it. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Very unprofessional. I cant emphasize that enough VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I hope you idiots are reading this.

Sub-par; Questionable Customer Service; Poor Management of Inventory. Ordered several times on Autozones Website for In-Store Pickup at this location. Autozone Website showed Items In Stock at this Autozone Location. Went to store for Pick-Up and was told that Items were not in stock. This experience occurred more than once. This store doesnt bother keeping an accurate track of their inventory; under-value low cost items; this is how you steer customers away and loose business.

Although I live a couple of blocks away from this location I usually take my business to their nearby competitor or drive to the next Autozone 2 miles away. No directions posted for checkout and can be a nightmare at this particular location. You may wind up on a lengthy parts order line just to pay for something then suddenly a register opens and customers at the back of this line get service first.

The staff Ive met with were friendly, patient and professional. Whenever I took my car for battery check or find out what the "Service Engine Soon" light code meant, a staff would always help even if the store is busy. Ive been there lately because I have a T-Mobile SyncUp Drive device in my car that displays my car engine light code on my smartphone. I would recommend this AutoZone store to anyone.

Two stars as this has to be the worse Auto Zone in the area. Mind you, it is one of the highest grossing stores yet they are always short staff and the wait lines are long as employees are either doing stock or something else so customers are always waiting on line. I addressed the issue with corporate and they responded that issue would be solved but falls back on deaf ears.

It is okay, because nothing special. The store is a little small & has somewhat ok selection of equipment, parts & supplies. The stock of items needs to be supplied. I was looking for the anti theft auto lock brake lock, there was only one in stock. So if I wanted two of them, I would be out of luck. Overall ok place 2 buy automobile stuff.

Great store to go to for parts for the car. They are open 7 days a week, which is really good when you are working on a vehicle on Sunday. The prices are not expensive. The staff is very helpful. They go out of their way to help the customer. I would go back there. They have a huge inventory of everything you need for your vehicle.

The Atlantic Avenue store in Richmond Hill is always a Hassel and they give you a really hard time with returns well sometimes, but more often then not. Also theyre so slow its like theyre moving backwards so the lines are ridiculously long, standing on their lines is like watching paint dry!

Parking during the day is horrible. Went in and waited in line for 20 minutes before getting help, then was sent to another line to wait to cash out. There was only 1 person looking up parts, and 1 cashing out. Many people just left in frustration, some with items still in their hands...

The manage is very rude. Went to buy a Light bomb. The shelf indicated they have it but they didnt and when I told the manager to take off the label from the show in the candy having on stock he said no thats how we bring more customers in. Thats not a good practice to mislead people.

The absolute wrost customer service ever... Security wont help straight dicks!!! They couldnt help me find a 800w inverter which I had to find myself after looking around for 20 min totally sucks this place!
