Asked the clerk Aham(?) for "a brake bleeder valve that goes into a caliper". The idiot types "caliper" into the search line in the computer, and finds NOTHING that resembles a valve, gets calipers and rebuild kits. Told him to enter a more relevant search word, got a response "sir, this is all we have related to a caliper". Stepped aside, found the part using the smartphone and confronted the clerk - of course they DID have the part in the system. The idiot started making excuses that he thought I was asking for something else, despite clear explanation "brake bleeding valve in the caliper" Ignorant? Incompetent? Idiot? Perhaps all three...

Yes I agree, awful attitutw from some workers. Went there to return an item I bought at another store because I bought a different Item than what I was supposed to buy. So I bought the right item at this store which they had in stock and they did not want to take back the other item because it was bought at another store. Since the original store was far I decided to go to other location in jamaica ave and they took the item back without a problem. The young woman that refused to take the item back had a real bad attitude towards me and lost a customer that shopped there all the time because of that.

Excellent customer service, got the parts I needed and free tools to get the job done in two visits, -pickup parts, return tools. For the handy-Andy auto repair guy or gal, foreign and domestic parts in stock, all oils...order online, pickup in store avail.

For the local neighborhood its a great mechanic shop most of the staff is helpful and will usually help if the item youre looking for isnt in their store.
