If i was able to give it zero stars i would. They dont deserve any. Are you looking for good customer service? Dont bother going here. You wont get it if their buddies walk in the door. You will wait on a ridiculously long line and the men behind the counter will completely disregard the fact that you have been waiting a long time. They will completely ignore the order of who came in first and take those "special customers" ahead of everyone else and as a business owner myself i find this kind of customer care appalling. The customer service here is despicable. There are plenty of specialty shops out there. This one is over priced and its not worth waiting a long line to get waited on only to be put aside by someone they like who has just walked in the door. Shame on you people. I waist your store today and i was one of three when i walked in. It was the only reason i waited. after i waited about 15 minutes about 5 other customers came in. I was completely disregarded by two of the men at the counter. who finished waiting on the customers before me and underhandedly waited on a customer who came in with w written list and handed it to ione and "Bobby" The favorite client of the other. you people have complete disregard for other peoples time. This had happened to me on several occasions. Three strikes your out.

This place is #1. Best sausages, meats and their BACON is AMAZING! Theyve been around for a long time, but without a doubt they are on their A-Game! Bunch of butchers in the back doing work all day long. Stop by and youll find amazing foods and some pretty unique German stuff as well. Sweets, candies, wines, etc. Loved it.

My family has referred to this place as "the German Butcher" since before I was alive, and its a favorite of my Grandma, who grew up in prewar Germany. Everything there is top notch, and a few things there I have never seen elsewhere. You can hear them talking in German in the back. It is a bit pricey, but well worth it.

What can i say about this German store.the food is phenomenal,old school butchers.homemade hot dogs try the old fashion hot dogs they snap when you bite them.a little pricey if you are on a budget.i make special trips from the eastend to go there it will not disappoint

One of the best around. Fine selection of great quality meats and deli selections. They also have some excellent breads and the guys behind the counter are always a joy to deal with. My only complaint is that it is too far from my home.

OMG!!!! AWESOME place! Freshly made, gourmet quality sausages and deli meats. Traditional European flavor and flare. Customers are treated like family. Best surprise of all is how affordable they are.
