Had a horrible experience here. Went to get a piercing and it came out completely crooked. Did not realize the piercer used the wrong type of jewellery until i went to a different place and was told it was done completely wrong and the piercer must have had no idea what they were doing. I then went to buy jewellery for the piercing and nothing fit due to them putting in the wrong type of jewellery. I went to complain and the manager was extremely nice saying i would likely get a refund only to get a call the next day basically saying nevermind, were not giving you your money , good luck with your piercing healing and getting it done somewhere else.

I went there yesterday and gave the guy the information for me and my mothers tattoo with the Roman numerals of II•XII•MMXVI and even tho we have the correct information he still tattooed the wrong numbers II•XXII•MMXVI.... This is stuck on our body for the rest of our lives!!! Im beyond disappointed and flabbergasted. Terrible!!!!! This was the date I found my birth mom and now we have a date of nothing.

Great place, great atmosphere, and great staff. Ive had four tattoos done here so far, and theyre all great. Super clean place, you can watch the artists unpackage/unwrap everything and prepare right in front of you, and theyll answer any of your questions with great knowledge. Highly recommend!
