I always buy food in this supermarket,more than 10 years.everything is good but ice cream bars and watermelon.sometimes ice cream bars is melted.last two years l got damaged watermelon twice,so I decided never buy watermelon here,but two days ago I bought another damaged watermelon here again,I hate myself,and tell myself:never,never,never buy watermelon here. 我在中美超市购物大概有十几年时间，除了冰淇淋冰条和西瓜之外，东西还真的不错。在过去两年间我在中美买到的坏的西瓜都有两次了，因为我家距发拉盛中心比较远，我这人也不愿麻烦我就扔掉了事，我告诫自己以后不能再去中美超市买西瓜了。前天又犯了贱，又买了一个坏瓜回来，切开之后有三分之一是烂的。还有一次买了小孩子喜欢吃的冰淇淋冰条，因为小孩子急着吃打开一看都是化掉的，我执意退掉，我老婆却认为太麻烦，说算了吧。真是让人郁闷，以后永远永远不再去中美超市买西瓜和冰淇淋了

very terrible service. A worker there screamed and screamed at me because I put a fish on top of the vegetable. He screamed at me from across the room insulting and embarrassing me in front of all the other customers. If he would have come to me in private and tell me not to do that, I would have apologized because I didnt know that I am not supposed to do that. But yet, he chose to embarrassed me and insulted me in front of everyone. He didnt just scream at me one time, he went on and on giving me a very hard time. I will never f***ing shop in that supermarket ever again.

You can find a large assortment of vegetables and fruits, butcher services for fresh meats cut to your satisfaction, large fresh fish department with crabs, clams, oysters and live fish, frozen seafood, meats, dumplings section, groceries Asian and American, large frozen groceries section and dishware/teapots/cookware etc. This store is very large a local favorite. They have marked done prices at the end of the night for seafood, vegetables and fruits. They take cash or credit. Parking is available at the back you need to get your parking sticker stamped before leaving store.

Good for grabbing your typical Chinese groceries and most things are average priced. Non existent, non English speaking customer service and if you buy from the butchers/ seafood guys prepare to get yelled at or to get some rude comment thrown in for free! A lot of the people who shop here are super unaware of their surroundings and wont realize youre right next to them until you walk right up to them and whisper sweet nothings in their ears! Good times!

Fairly large Asian produce store with fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats and most things you find in grocery stories such as rice, frozen dumplings, etc. I usually go during weekends, which will be filled with people all day long as it seems a popular grocery store among others too. Note: You can find the squiggly knife here (for shredding vegetables) which is something hard to find (in New York it seems).

Great variety of Asian packaged food as fresh vegetables, meats and fishes. A little bit pricey; but I guess has to be with cost of import. Mostly products are written in Chinese, Japanese or Korean caracteres. But the good thing is everything is price labeled and so forth so good and delicious (cookies, seaweed and seeds).

SOMA NYC

Pretty good place, they have a wide selection of foods especially the important candy/chocolates from Japan. Their vegetables are okay. Their fruits are always out which I wouldnt recommend because they can go bad fast. I always liked their sushi, it can get extremely crowded through out the daytime.

Typical Chinese supermarket on Kissena Blvd, they sell fish, poultry, vegetables, fruits. The place is dirty, they dont clean the floor all the time and the staff are not helpful.

This supermarkets fresh fruit and vegetables, as long as the purchase of $ 30 can get free 2 hours of parking, I like.

It has most Chinese food and stuff and the price are cheap. I particularly like its 1-hour complimentary parking.
