very rude service at cashier. I paid by credit card and the the signing pad was not that sensitive..hard to pick up the signature. I tried 3 times. It didnt work. the cashier yelled at me:"SIGN IT". I told him:" I signed 3 times. Its not working!!" He turned the pad over to him and tried, didnt work either. the asked someone else come to help and found out it needed to sign it HARD and in certain angle. That cashier didnt pack for me. I bagged my items by myself. He didnt pack for the previous customer either!! The previous customer had quiet a few stuff with a BIG turkey. They packed by their own,too! I was mad with this cashier but i told him nicely:" Please DO NOT give customers this kind of attitude. Respect and Be nicer. We dont deserve this kind of service and attitude." he was scanning the items for next customer, not looking at me, but he replied:" I DONT CARE!!!" What kind of service is that?! Why yell at customer? Ill call the manager tomorrow.

This location as of February 2013, just recieved a extensive significant, wowing renovation. Its amazing. Gone are the bulky items which were outside of the store. In, is brand new white, blue, and black tiling, more registers, and A FISH MARKET. They also madeover the cold room. Theyve added more space. The aisles have a bit more room. The place is much more brighter. The downward hill in this location is also gone too. The only things that this location doesnt have is a fresh bakery section which bakes on premises, and a deli. Western Beef really stepped their game up dramatically. They need to add security to it, because its within close proximity of horrible projects. But the changes are very nicely made. Well done Western Beef Morris Ave!!! Well done!!!

The floor manager here is just a joke. I was pointing out to him that the fridge in the front where many of the fruits, salads, and other fresh foods needing cooling was broken. Almost all of the strawberries were molded, , the salads themselves were all brownish inside the bag, unbelievable...whereas at other places they would have taken this issue seriously and with urgency, this guy didnt even have the decency to f***ing look at me on the face when I was talking to him. He just brushed me off letting me know not to bother him. The guy just doesnt care, and is used to getting smoke blown up his ass. What a joke.

I am Former employee speaking Customer service stinks food is always spoiled No more then two or three registers open lines are always backed up into the aisles most managers only speak Spanish not that I have anything against my Latinos brothers and sisters but how can you answer my questions about a product or schedule if you dont understand me chasers are not appreciate at all only get a few days out of the week to work very poor communication between managers and cashiers they Never even bother to fix my name on my checks when I work there a few months ago Happy to Be a C.N.A

If youre throwing a BBQ, its a great place to pick up discounted meat in bulk. Make your way to the massive room of a refrigerator that houses all the infinite cuts of meat in the back. Pick up either pre-packaged meats or have a butcher cut the meat for you. Western Beef also carries charcoal and a produce section for last minute items. A well-stocked store for one-stop shopping.

Western Beef is eternal, Western Beef is life, Western Beef is the best thing that I have ever experienced in life. Before finding Western Beef, life was shallow and meaningless, but now I am truly happy. Sometimes I wait in the parking lot at 5am, just squirming with anticipation to be inside of Western Beef to experience such intense feelings.

This place is where my boy scout troop buys food for camping trips. They have great prices if you are gonna buy stuff like meat and eggs in bulk. However, the staff is a joke. Theyre extremely rude and inexperienced. It took me over 4 asks to find corned beef and tater tots. Some of them even didnt know where it is.

This is the worst western beef ever they will sell you expired stuff with no problem and if you tell them its expired they will put it back on the shelf we stop going there about a year ago and went today to see if any changes but I think it just got worse I wish I could give them no stars dont go there

They have a good selection of fruits and vegetables, as well as fish (and meat, of course) and cheeses. As has been mentioned in other reviews, I too had problems with expiration dates and inconsistent pricing from the posted price with what I was charged. Overall it is a good place to shop.

Worst experience at this store i ever had. Usually i can get meat cut the way i need it. Today the butcher gave me some crap about company policy. I spend over 600 dollars a month in this place.time tofind another place.

Large selection of fruits and vegetables. There is a fresh fish department and a deli department. You go into a freezer to select fresh meats, chicken, etc. The food is inexpensive.

How can you go wrong when you get cheap beef and chicken? You just need to buy in 10 lb sizes or more! Secret tip, their bread and pizza dough is amazing
