I am very disappointed with pharmacy inside. I gave new insurance info last month. when I went back this month for the same meds, I saw cvs charged so much. the clerk told me, " this is price after the insurance. its up to you. dont get them if you dont want" when I asked why so much to pay. I was almost going to pay because I need them. However, it turned out cvs didnt keep new insurance info and charged full price. what a bad service! will change to different pharmacy next month.

I go to this CVS regularly because I live right down the block. I consistently get good service, but my experience with the manager today was so exceptional that I had to leave a good review. Yesterday, I lost my wallet and used it last at this CVS location. The store manager took the time to go through security camera footage to help me find out what happened to my wallet. She was very understanding and professional.

I used my Samsung Pay to check out one seltwoman want to cheek my ID,because I have Samsung Pay I didnt take the card,she didnt allow me use my phone to check out,and the reason why is someone get my phone they can use this phone????they dont know the code to unlock my phone how could they use it??????I am so angry with that this is ridiculous??!!!
