I live less than 3 blocks away from this Walgreens, so it has always been my place of choice to get prescriptions filled and just shop for all sorts of household items they carry. Lately their lines at the register have become quite long, and it is not uncommon to see only one register open and over ten people patiently waiting. It used to be that when a line was getting long they would open the register at the cosmetics department, or open another register up front. That seems to be no longer the case, customer frustration is on the rise, and they will most certainly lose a lot of customers unless they get their act together. I was very lucky that through their own mistake my prescriptions got permanently transferred to Duane Reade (same parent Company, I understand), on Kissena Blvd. and Sanford Ave. I get them refilled there with no wait at all, and lines at the front are also faster and much shorter. If you value your time I suggest you dont patronize this Walgreens branch.

Every Wallgreens I go to always has a huge line and one cashier or the cashiers are just standing talking to each other and this one us no exception. Instead of one of the employees going on the register to bring the line down he decides to stand next to the guy thats actually working and talking about nonsense while the line was so long and everyone had one or 2 items..smh I try my best not to go to Wallgreens because it takes a year and a day to get outta there but since its so close its hard to avoid -.-

I would never use their photo center. I gave them my tape to be transferred to DVD . I called them so many times to get status. Once person picked up and put me on hold for over half an hour. I tried to redial and was told no one can give me that information because person who handle photo is not there. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Will never go to Kissena Blvd WalgreenS again.

I always end up at this Walgreen for one reason or another. This place is very well stocked and clean. Their prices are kind of high on certain items but overall not a bad place to shop. The worst thing about this store is the lines. During peak hours the lines seems to be mile long and it takes forever checking out.

Horrible customer service for photos they dont have any one they told me to pay in front checkout for photos there was a big line one cashier no body came to help they dont care about customers even there managers!!!

The pharmacy needs to improve customer service. They never have same day pick up for my prescription. Its always like pulling teeth to get my meds. Only reason I go there is cause its on my way home from work.
