Today I return to this store to return a few items which had never been opened or used. Due to the crappy paper and ink used on these receipts it became illegible by the scanner. Instead of returning my refund in cash (which is how I payed) the manager refused to override it and only offered a store card. Other stores sell cheaper so this store card is worth less than its face value. Do everything NOT to deal with Sharma the store manager. He is very unprofessional. Stay away!!! I wont be returning.

Long story short Im a DIY kinda of guy so I dont know a lot about cars except how to install and uninstall parts. Went to 2 autozones with a piece of the bad part and tons of pictures, they couldnt help me. Past by AAP on the way home from work, two employees were able to help me find the part in 6 minutes. Bob and Eddie thank you so much!!! I can finally fix my car. If you dont know a lot about cars and want to save money and DIY come to this place and ask for Bob.

although they said they had a power steering hose on the phone when I called, upon arrival it was the incorrect part. working on cars long enough to know it happens.the staff members were very helpful and apologetic, I still left feeling somewhat happy with the service

AAP is a real friendly environment to purchase your auto parts, everyone is always polit n likes to help you , what shocked me even more was that they took tine out out from what they where doing to greet you as you enter the store ... thank you AAP...
