They do not know how to work on cars older than 2012 . if your car needs a transponder installed along with remote start, do not go there. These guys dont know how to work on this, they screw things and later deny it and refuse to fix this. I should have spent extra $100 and get the remote start done at other professional business. Now they left the car with hood latch broken. It is clearly visible (yes VISIBLE) that while working on remote start install (the plastic compartment under the steering) they messed up with the latch. Not only they outright lie when it was their mistake, they did not even offer to correct what they screwed, but denied any fixtures and asked me to go to mechanic to get this fixed. Apart from above, they are unprofessional (Cody) and having issues with scheduling and other things which I dont want to go into details now. I do not recommend this place. Save yourself peace of mind and condition of car in exchange of few extra dollars by not shopping here. I am not sure if there can be any link, but after they worked on my car, my car continuously blows hot air in cabin. We have opened the hood multiple times recently to refill washer fluid etc, the hood latch was working perfectly fine. No signs of wear and tear and it was 100% working fine. I drove to this place from Albany, waited long for appointment date and had to see the car screwed up just to save $100.

I bought my wife a car-starter 3 years ago from this store. They told me it would take 1 hour to install. Told that, my wife went alone to have it intalled. They tood 4 hours to install it. Flash forward, the store moved twice, but ended up in a different location in the same mall. My wife bought me a car-starter at the same place, not knowing it was the same store we dealt with several years earlier. They told her it would take 1 hour to install. They ended up taking 4 hours to tell us it was installed (as we wasted time around the mall for 4 hours). Even then, when we went out and checked it, the "door-openers" did not work on the car-starter. I was told it was a 5 minute fix, but they were too busy to fix it at the time (after we had waited 4 hours for a 1 hour install). I was told to call in 3-4 weeks and they would schedule a time to fix it. Needless to say, I never called them back to re-schedule a 4 hour fix. HORRIBLE customer service. Will NEVER give them business again. If you give them business, BEWARE, they will tell you they will install an automatic car-starter in 1 hour, as they apparently tell everyone, and then they will take 4 or more hours to do it!

Awful, awful, awful customer service. Made an appointment more than a month in advance. I informed the employee that I would be using a Groupon and had an Acura, to which they said it would take as long as 6 hours and would cost more and I had no problem with that. Fast forward to the day of the appointment, I brought the car in, left it there. I got a call 5 minutes later saying there was an issue. I returned and the installer said he could not do the car because it is an Acura and it takes more time that we had scheduled. He only had scheduled an hour for the car after we were told it could take up to 6. We went to the storefront (which was separate from the garage), to which they said we would have cancel the Groupon because their installer did not want to do it. Not that he couldnt, he just didnt want to. After I told them the kind of car I had, and drove all the way up from Albany.

I showed up on time and was asked to wait an additional hour for a 1.5 hour window tinting job.In all actuality i waited 4 hours at the mall when i was told hour and a half tops.....after following the installers instructions of not rolling the windows down for 3 to 5 days.... i was not made aware of prior ....i just parked it for 5 days......when i went to get in and drive.....the tint was peeling from the corner of the back window....very disappointed in the service ...between the run around and poor quality of service i will be sure to discourage anyone i can from using this store

The owner of the business is a crook. He doesnt do good work at all. Had decals made and none of the lines were straight and the protective layer had dirt and runs all through it. Also creases all through the decals.Went to get a refund and refunded me in half my money in store credit. He complained about giving me anything back. TOTAL CROOK DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
