Im horrified about how i was treated (Date of store visit: 3/12/17 @ 5:50pm) I am a customer of this location for 8 years! I walked to to ask a few questions about selling my Nintendo Wii console, was spoken too in a totally unprofessional manor when i was speculating the price of the trade. The associate was RUDE, SARCASTIC, and above all very DISRESPECTFUL!! The associate informed me that GAMESTOP is a business and he doesnt set the prices (spoken in a tone as if i were stupid) i asked to speak with the manager onsite. Associate (stuck his nose in the air) and informed me told me he was the manager. Very heartbroken to see my favorite gamestop store being managed by such a disrespectful person, hopefully this person faces corrective action soon or they will have no customers left.

I went there to browse and I had to ask the cashier some questions about the Xbox 1 and its accessories. He answered grudgingly and when I asked to purchase a Kinect for my Xbox 1 he sold me a used one with no adapter for it, knowing I have a newer one that reqires it. Will not go there again when the location in Watertown is so much better.

I absolutely love everyone I there theyre all sweet and helpful very quick to greet you and help with anything you may need they go above and beyond for their customers they make you feel like youre welcomed there way better then watertown anyday
