I dread going here....but unfortunately its the only real trade in store......The amount you get back is absurd. They wanted to give me 20$ for a brand new 180$ kindle fire. And the workers push for game deposits too much. Ask me once, Im ok. But ask me LITERALLY FIVE TIMES while I check out is ridiculous. The girl that works there with glasses is pretty awful. Shes ignorant. The first time she asked me about call of duty I said "no, I hate call of duty". Saying that...you think she would get the hint. Why in the _____ would I buy a game I HATE? but no, she continued to push.

The girl who works there with the glasses, is an amazing person! All of the employees are very helpful but the shorter girl is especially kind. She is extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. Iv been coming there about once a month for the past 5 years and i will continue to far into the future.

Very good across the board except for service. They push promotions to hard and to often. Thier trade-in program is a joke and a ripoff. great/huge selection of quality new nd used games and systems. Decent return policy. Pleasant, clean enviroment
