When my van broke down in Chester I had no idea where to have the tow truck driver take it. He suggested Orange County Tire and Auto Service so I took his advice and am so glad I did. The service is friendly, honest and outstanding. The facility is clean, well kept and everyone is very friendly, which says a lot to me. Its not always easy to find a good repair shop that knows how to treat its customers .... Orange County Tire and Auto Service certainly sets the bar for high standards.

run away from this place!!!for the the love of GOD take your car or truck elsewhere...Just awful...just awful....Pete ruined my rim($1,000 a piece) then he said he wld fix it.he made it worse,if a manager(Pete)cant put a tire on a rim how can they do brakes or anything else on a car or truck?i contacted th better business bureau to put this place under watch & will b perusing action against this place.please take ur business else where,this business doesnt care about ur vechile....

A bunch of scammers. They purposely broke off my tires stud to charge me $100 because I refused to purchase four snow tires. All I needed was two tires. I have a family but they do not care about your safety. I had to get the police involved. They try really hard to keep your old tires. They try by telling you it doesnt pass inspection. They couldve just ask me for donations instead of messing with my property.

These guys are the best! They helped me select the perfect tires for my vehicle and installed them quickly and professionally. Paul, Jessie, and Pete were all extremely friendly and accommodating. Prices were great (better than anywhere else I looked) and the benefits from buying through them are even better. Im completely satisfied with the service and products I received, and recommend them highly.

Do not go. My family member took two cars there, they did nothing but to put check marks in computer. We got refund for it, but that is definitely fraud. Also, they did not even secure splash guard and lost screws for it. I secured the splash guard with zip ties.

Been going here for 5+ years, sincere and honest people. Had an issue was told it ciukd be $800.0p or $80.00. Owner called me and said $ 50.00...... Could have charged me the $800., what the heck do I know. I feel comfortable here and heard others say so too.

Awful. I went to have a $20 patch put on a tire. Then they saw my out of state plates and decided they couldnt patch it because it had another patch. Two are allowable, just not three. On top of that, they scratched up my nice rims ! Stay far away.
