WOODBURY COMMON’S PREMIUM OUTLET STORE CENTRAL VALLEY NEW YORK SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK! June 8, 2017 - BEWARE OF THIEVES !!!! I have my cousins from abroad to do some shopping at Woodbury Common Premium Outlet Stores at Cental Valley New York on that day. Some of us were seating and waiting at the food court while some are still doing their shopping. Around 3:30 PM when we are about to leave, one of my niece, who were just out from the restroom asked her mom where is her pocket book (handbag). All her travel documents, money and two cell phones were inside that handbag. Before going to the restroom, she put it on the bench next to his dads shoulder bag. His dad is seating across the bench where all the shopping bags where placed since he is assigned to watch those. We all tried to look for it around the area where we are. Unfortunately, Its gone. Its just a matter of seconds. We call the security to informed him what happened. We asked him if we can see the video of what happened since they have a lot of cameras inside the food court. He told us that he will inform the chief security about it. The chief security is the one who will view the tape from the camera. The security man also called a local township police because we want to file a police report. The head of the security was also informed and he told us that they will review the video but, that it will take a while. Maybe until now they are still reviewing the video for we dont received any call from them, they promised us that they will call us, if they find anything. Well I guess they didnt find anything. What a SHAME! Theres a lot of camera placed on top of us where we are seating and they can’t find anything about what happened on that part of the food court. The worst part of this situation is at 7:00 PM that night we are schedule to watch a broad way show in NYC. We already bought the tickets. We were not able to refund it and watch it. Following day, the family should be travelling to Georgia and will stay there for 5 days before heading back home. My niece who’s handbag was stolen can’t go with them. She doesn’t have any form of ID anymore. They only have a tourist visa. Me and my niece and her oldest sister spent the rest of the day at the Philippines consulate to request for a travel document that she will used going back to Philippines. It is a nightmare for my niece, what she went through. Worst part is, she is an international flight stewardess and all her foreign visa’s are attached to her lost passport. She also lost her Go Pro camera which has a lot of important pictures and memories that she can’t get have anymore. For the person who did this Shame on You! I wish that the person who did this will burn until he died, while he or she suffer the most and worst thing you could imagine. For all the shoppers out there, please be very careful…. Somebody is watching you. Somebody.... to steal from you. For Woodbury Commons Premium Outlet Management… Good Luck and thank you for nothing.

Traveling with bus company was a little irritating (the bus arrived late and they switched the return bus without telling people ahead of time; I noticed that some people left their belongings on the arrival bus). I did not come here for much shopping to be honest, I was looking for specific things. I wanted to check out the cosmetic company store (aka the cco) to find two specific products. The store was relatively small and did not have much stocked, but luckily for me I found exactly what I wanted which was an Estee Lauder blush in Naughty (retail price $30 I got it for $21 plus tax, the other item I got was $18 and I got it for $12.75 plus tax my total came out to $36.49 ). I also wanted a back up of a MAC kissable lipcolor in super, which they no longer had, but that was okay because they had another shade I also wanted. The way the CCO works is that they have stock of things recently discontinued and some permanent items such as Estee Lauder Double Wear Light Makeup Lesson Kit and MAC Wipes. I also went to Converse in search of some all black low tops which were the same price as in stores and online so I opted not to get them. The styles that were discounted were the limited edition/discounted colors and those were about $24 or so. I also visited Kate Spade which offered 40% and had a moderately good inventory. Puma had some shoes 30 to 50%, but had limited sizing on sale items. Aeropostale was priced as a regular Aeropostale and carried summer clothing. I visited The North Face in search of their Talia Tote. I was kindly escorted by a sales associate who told me all bags were 30% off, the tote was $51.89 so it would go down to 30 something dollars. When I went to ring up, my total came up to $56 dollars and I was also kindly informed that only their book bags followed the promotion and that was for back to school. Overall I was not pleased with my trip to the Woodbury Commons, if your looking for specific things you should try calling ahead, it should also be noted that you need to bring some serious amount of cash in order to come out with a bag in hand ( unless buying sneakers or some makeup). I recommend a minimum of $500. I am going to check out the Tanger Outlets ( I will also write a review and try to down the discounts/ promotions I saw).

I recently came to New York City over the holidays, planning to go visit the Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets; while doing so, I looked for any watch stores, because I needed one- any way, after shopping in various stores, run like any average mall, no greetings, no salesmanship, no customer service, no nothing; I finally stumbled upon The Watch Station on my way to the bus and information center, and as soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by all the employees, almost simultaneously- all smiling, and very presentable, and very personable. I mean the last time I got welcomed like this was, NEVER! hahahaha! Then- they offered a promotion, and asked me what I was looking for today- so on and so forth, yada yada; after a few minutes, I finally got the watch I fell in love with on first sight, and then I also purchased some jewelry for my girlfriend after the sales team offered some great deals- and then I bought a watch cleaner rag. This is the only store in Woodbury Commons that I visited where I felt so welcome, and comfortable- and I visited a few watch stores, Movado, Fossil, Skagen, Time Factory, and none of their teams met the quality of service I got at The Watch Station; you can really feel the sense of family they have going on; I mean I wasnt just helped by one person, I got everyones input. Overall, I had a wonderful shopping experience at the Watch Station in Woodbury Commons.... I almost never write good reviews, usually I write complaining reviews- this store really made my day with their sense of humor, and knowledge of their products. 11 out of 10 Stars!
