In town for a wedding and needed to kill some time with my wife and 2 year old son on a rainy day. Turns out there is a kids play area that my son loved along with a little train the kids can ride on through the mall. It is not the classiest mall in the world; it has a dollar store and two Auntie Annie pretzels if that gives you an idea. That beach no said, it had a wide array of stores with a little bit of everything for all budgets. Ended up doing a little shopping and was good in that regards. Got an excellent 15 minute massage at the Asian place by Sears. It is well kept on the inside but looks pretty beat up from the exterior. A little outside maintenance and landscaping would make this place 5 star.

I love this mall! I grew up going there, and ya its small, but doesnt that just make shopping easier? There are plenty of stores to shop at that are nice like: Charlotte Ruse, Hot Topic, Macys, Forever 21, Holister, Areopostale, American Eagle, and many others. The food court is tiny, but good. @People calling the shoppers white trash. sorry we like to shop quickly and not sit there all day looking at the same crap in 400 diffrent stores yards away from each other. If you like quick shopping and letting you kids wonder around with out getting lost this is a mall for you.

There is no hiding the fact that the Ocean County mall is small, when compared to other malls around the state it looks like a mall for ants. Since theres barely anything to do in this town, this mall in infected weekly by hoards of teenagers with nothing to do. Some of the stores are ok and have good people working them. If you live in the area youre gonna wind up shopping here cause theres no better options for quite a few miles. Its not terrible, but Im still a little pissed that they got rid of the Mrs. Fields Cookie Stand.

They must have a deal with the North Pole. How they get the real Santa to come take pictures with the kids for as long as he does AND he still be able to manage final prep for the loading of presents on his sleigh is beyond me. Santa is extremely nice with the kids, posing for pictures and inquiring as to their Christmas wishes...even when the kids are less than cooperative. The mall does a great job setting him up with a prime location (dead center). Always a great holiday picture.

Went holiday shopping at Ocean County Mall and it was the first time Ive been there in years. I cant believe how many great new stores they have- things like PINK, Pandora, Toys R Us and Kay Jewelers. They also have a great new Sushi restaurant that my teenage daughter and her friends enjoyed while my hubby and I checked out the new Italian restaurant. They dont have a lot of high-end stores, but who can afford JCrew anyway? Its nice to know I dont have to schlep to Freehold anymore!

Ocean County Mall is small and a bit limited if you are searching for the perfect outfit. On the other hand, if you have to make a quick visit to find something for that day, fewer choices, smaller crowds, and access to parking is a plus. Although at busy holiday seasons parking is difficult no matter where you shop. There is only one level so negotiating the mall is no problem. If you are looking for shopping diversity a different bigger mall may fit the bill.

This mall gave us a weird feeling. I cant really explain it but something just seemed off by it. One thing that did stand out was the location and size of the food court. For a mall this size, you would expect an open, and fairly large, food court. However, this one was tucked away in a small compact corner, with only 5 small vendors to choose from. Not the best of ideas if you want to encourage your shoppers to stay on-site for food.

While not as large as some other local malls, if you live anywhere in Ocean county, this is far from a bad option. Probably more clothing stores then there needs to be overall, but there are a few other things to fill your time. Food court has enough different things to choose from. Four different anchor stores. Just about the usual you can expect in a mall (jewelers, cell phone carriers, Spencers etc)

This is a great mall if you are white trash. The nicest store is Coach, and I dont know how that got there because everything else is garbage. I just moved to Toms River, 5 minutes away from this mall, and I always go to Freehold because its bigger and generally has nicer stores. Just because its "getting better" doesnt make it good. If you have little money and even less style, shop here.

My family and I go here often, they have great stores, updated attributes, and great parking. But I had to remove two stars beacuae the food court is terrible and small, and there is no movie theatre. My wife and I are also not generally pleased with the crowd. It seems people are always getting kicked out by security, and cursing at the security guards on their way out.

The cost per person is 20 depends how many people you take! I love this mall! Its getting greater but the store that I really love is Aero Postale and Hollister they are both my favorite store! They dont only have a good price but the clothes is very comfortable to wear! I hope you all agree! Please comments anyone! Have a nice day thank you! ;)

Small Mall that has an adequate selection of clothing stores and plenty have stores of other varieties. Typical stuff really. Bonus points for this little tiny Mall because its so easy to get to, Park comment and get in and out of quickly. It makes other malls look like a big unpleasant chore

Only reasons that I will bother to go to the mall... Watch kiosk outside of the Macys mall entrance - quick place to get your watch battery replaced. Sears hardware section is the only reason to go to Sears. JC Penneys no longer carries the styles that made the stores affordable reputation.

It was very dark inside. The food court was super tiny for the size of the mall and had no good places to eat. All the chain stores like Macys were very dark and clothing sections were in total disarray. Only Think Geek was well lit but had too little product for the size of the store

The MALL SIMON FORGOT! They really make you jump through the hoops to get FREE WIFI. Its only available in ONE AREA! Its NOT The Food Court. Get the paddles out and SHOCK this place back to life! My last visit on Good Friday I tried to use Bathroom #5 . THE HORROR!

Its a decent mall. The area I grew up had 3 malls within close proximity to my house so I am a little biased. This mall offers all the shops one could need. The food court is good albeit a little smaller than the ones Im used too. All in all it is good place to shop.

Grew up going to this mall, and I enjoying visiting when Im back in Toms River. Sure its not huge like the others, but it has everything youd look for in a mall and its size makes it feel more like a place to meet with neighbors than a big corporate maze.
