The Staten Island Mall is the go to hub for all your shopping needs. Whether its fashion, hobby, services or simply just to satisfy your pallette; There isnt a convenience that The Staten Island Mall lacks. As of late, high-end style within this conveniently, centralized location is multiplying exponentially; and this trend seems to have no end in sight. Diversity resonates through the bright, open and inviting cooridors both culturally and in styles. The food court, retail stores, common space and facilities throughout; are ran by employees who embody the values and standards, rivaled only by a personal concierge. Stellar customer service and the utmost professionalism, clearly separates this mall from the masses. In the end, if you want a clean, spacious, fashion-forward mall, that doesnt dissapoint in in any facet or capacity; This is the place to be.

Stay away from this place. I had an awful experience with this store. The glasses I was trying to buy were quite expensive for my pocket -- $600. Id expect some level of quality, both in glasses themselves and in the service. And yet the guys there screwed everything up: they charged me for anti-reflection coating which they did not put on the lenses, the glasses looked and felt like they were assembled by a drunk, one of the screws in the lenses was getting into my field of view and was distracting. According to the service guy there it is because my face is asymmetrical (whose isnt ?). I have never had such experience with any glasses. The store does not refund so you are locked in with their service. I had to make 5 trips there and still they were not able to fix the glasses they screwed up in the first place. Unbelievable.

This mall is no longer the beautiful mall it used to be. Instead of focusing on beauty it focuses on shopping. There are hardly no places to sit and wait while your wife or family shops and all of the beautiful fountains have been removed. Its a modern day sterile and ugly version of what it used to be and the renovations arent going to make it look any better. So disappointing. At least the fountains would give you something to look at and take pictures for tourists. This place is simply uninviting.

I go here all the time after school since Ive been in middle school! Living conveniently close, Ive seen the mall transform so much over the years. Higher end clothing stores are taking over the mall. If you have money youll have a great time here, but if you just want to shop around youll most likely leave empty handed. Cant wait for these renovations to finish! Hopefully the new movie theater will bring people over, and the new stores will be great!

Staten Island mall has some pretty good stores. If youre visiting Staten Island, the mall and the surrounding area is definitely worth a visit. Pretty good stores. A lot of sneaker and shoe stores! Armani, Express, Guess if you like to shop at higher end retailers. The three major department stores in the tristate (sears, jcpenny, macys). Not the best food court, but still a lot of fun walking around the mall. Often features local businesses.

A plentiful selection of upscale stores have opened throughout the mall in recent years. The food court has also added several notable meal options in recent months. The mall has a nice variety of stores, so shopping for what one wants always yields multiple options. The upcoming renovations will most certainly continue these trends, and holds plenty to look forward to.

Its the only Mall on SI, so if im on SI, at times i have to shop there. But not a great mall. Low end stores, not many options for quality clothes. There is a BLACK HOUSE WHITE HOUSE store and a BCBG store that i can run in when i quickly need something to wear, but not many other options for me other than that. Most Staten Islanders go to New Jersey for the malls.

I used to work there and it was a very relaxed, professional, and motivated atmosphere! Hey any S.M.s or D.M.s that see this, Im footlocker material. Motivated, unemployed individual lookin to show off some marketing skills (boosting up sales by 10-20%) hey what do you have to lose. Nothing cause its footlocker, you have the lock on the footwear industry,

Finns ingen biljett automat till buss där så om biljetten är ogiltig då kommer man inte hem (bodde i new York) om inte någon är väldigt snäll och kör än ändå!

It had great stores here. We were there late at night to get a carvel ice cream confection. It was open past 9pm and even had security cars in the parking lot. The stores were clean and had a bathroom. We were very impressed with the owners of Carvel they were very friendly. It was our first time there. We will visit again when we come again in July.

Its the place to go if you want to shop on the island. Theres a lot of variety and plenty of places to eat. Everything overall is clean and organized, and theres maps scattered around to make sure you know where youre going. Fun fact: If you pay attention to the railings on the second floor, you may find plaques that show you fossils in the floors!

Good huge mall. Not too many people inside. Always doing mantainance and renewal to make this a better mall. Lots of big and popular stores and even more are opening and getting renewed. These include Macys, the Lego store, and more! Plus they have a Verizon store, a T-Mobile store and a fios office. Even gives you unadvertised discounts on fios.

The mall is okay but as for the only form of entertainment on this island besides the movie theater, it gets pretty boring after a while and most of us have to go to Woodbridge,NJ to at least see something different. Overall the mall is filled with enough counter-cultures to make your head spin. The only good thing is that we have Spencers Gifts.

I love going to malls to window shop. Its fun to look around to see certain items that you really want to buy but A) you dont have money on you or B) you just cant afford it. This mall is boring and generic. The service at the mall is okay but not the best. And the outside of the mall is ugly. I cant wait for the renovations to be over!!!

Clean and conveniently indoors. The mall can get a bit crowded which is easily avoidable as long as you go when the mall opens early in the morning on weekends. There are a good variety of shops as well as franchise dessert spots like Crumbs and Red Mango. Uniqlo is now opened inside the mall, a great place to get cold weather items!

The mall as its known ages well. The stores are up to date and is much nicer than one might expect. They even have an Apple and Lego store. Theres a lot to see and do here. Plus they have nice events in the parking lot throughout the year and special events inside - like a Lego show one time with huge sculptures of famous monuments.
