I cant even put a star on here. The service was awful, I went to make a copy of a booklet and I waited there for 2 and a half hours just waiting for the guy behind the counter who had no idea what he was doing. He was printing it on backwards and really starting to annoy me. I was carrying my 5 year old dog who weighs 11 pounds and a worker comes up to me and says well " we dont allow dogs in this place" and they dont even allow service dogs either they said it themselves. I stayed, ignoring them and then the worker gossiped to another worker which then told us to leave. So if they dont allow dogs I dont understand why those workers are there, because clearly they are dogs just waiting for a treat from their boss for standing up for the store. So I dont recommend this store because its run by dogs, and not the cute kind.

I have bought 3 printers from this store in the last year for my business. Each printer has not lasted the year but staples is only liable for 14 days. I spend hundreds of dollars at staples making copies and printing blueprints etc. I will go out of my way to not use staples as they are not willing to make this right. If you sell garbage you should take it back. Spoke with the manager Jeff and was unhelpful.

Awful experience & would Never shop at this store again! Refused to sell me a report cover that I found along with another one, because apparently it had come from a 5 pack. Manager declined to sell to me. They lost my business forever as well as my friends.

Terrible, sold me wrong sized ink cartridge. Even though I told them it was wrong size. They insisted XL meant concencentrated ink.

Very good. Workers were helpful. Went in to buy ink only! Ended up spend an extra hundred on things I didnt need. Lol
