Placed an order on December 27th, 2015. Was supposed to be delivered today and was called last night to confirm that they would be delivering between 6:30 to 8:30 AM. So the family was woken up at 5:45 and the delivery truck shows up at 7 AM. They have half the order! I told them that I did not want the TV if the Fireplace Stand was not available. They told me to call customer service, as they are a third party shipper. I call customer service, and they tell me that I have to go to the store because I ordered it in store. They cant help me. I go to the store and "Filomina" finally spoke to me, after trying to get the poor employee to get rid of me. She stated she is the only person to speak to in the store, because there is no store manager working. She continues to tell me that there is nothing he can do because the item is in transit on the truck and she cant modify/cancel or do anything with the order for 24 hours. So now you have my money and he product! Talk about being held hostage! The next delivery date is January 4th, because of their screw up! Tried to call the store manager, Mark Fazio, who never returned my call. Now here solution was for me to place a completely new order and pay for it and then they will refund me i a few days for this order. Is there any training for Best Buy employees? I call customer relations who were very helpful, but they were hung up on by the store and apologized profusely. So now you have my money and the items. Your customer service is piss poor! Best Buy sets up an internal system for shipping and they tell me it is my problem because of how things are shipped through their company. No make good, just a oh well, you have to just suck it up for another week and we will see what we can do. Good to know that this is how you treat your customers. You should be ashamed of yourself! I will be sure to tell everyone that I can about how I was treat by your West Nyack store and Best Buy customer service.

I am not the type that likes to write review but I thought I would be doing gross injustice if I let these scumbags carry on like this. "Customer Service" is something that no-one at this store has ever heard of. I had done my homework from the BestBuy website and had taken my list of things/applicances for the new house that I wanted from there. I gave it to the lady at counter and told her that those are the things that I wanted to order. The hag pretended to fall asleep while listening to me and simply told me that they do not sell those items there.I told her that I can show those items on their own store website but she refused to open it. All her sleepiness went away in a second when her boy-toy who also seems to be working there popped up. I went to another counter thinking that maybe one person might be so freaking annoying. But the other one also wasted an hour of mine looking up on the system which looked like some foreign device to her. Her nails getting brittle was a bigger concern to her than helping out a customer who is there to buy worth 5000 dollars of stuff. The store is full of people who sing "R.E.S.P.E.C.T" and they dont understand how to show and get some. BESTBUY!! if you dont want to lose your business to Amazon, better up you game. I work in e-commerce and your future doesnt look bright with such type of annoyances.

I used to love Best Buys replacement program for my cell phone. There would be no hassle when my phone broke/ died for whatever reason and I would get a new one within days of handing it in. Twice my phone had an issue where it would say no SIM and I would have to restart every time (multiple times a day). The first time I was offered a brand new replacement phone but declined so that I could keep my insurance, the second time I brought the phone in was a month before my insurance was up and requested a new phone due to the fact that this was the second time I had the same issue and the fifth time I had to exchange the phone for a replacement due to receiving an already broken phone as my replacement. I was worried that I would wind up having the same issues with my (New) replacement this last time after my insurance was up... I asked for a new phone which I was offered the time before but management refused to honer. Low and behold two month later I am getting the same exact issues (no SIM) on my supposedly refurbished phone. Im out of warranty now and stuck with a semi-functioning cell phone that I have never abused or dropped with the same exact problem that I have had to bring it in for servicing twice before. If someone at bestbuy could tell be please why did I give you guys $360 for two years of protection.

*I wish I could give 0 stars* I just returned from the horribly organized NES Classic release. There was a large line that formulated around 8 AM inside. Employees walked by often and commented that they cannot tell us how many were received in stock. At about 9:54, 6 minutes before the store opens, an employee that passed by the most often with a sadistic smile on his face told everyone that all the tickets were distributed at 5 AM. Who was there at 5 AM? Once the gates opened, another employee had a different story. She was there at 5:45 AM giving out tickets. Once we said that the other employee said tickets were given out at 5 AM, she said all the tickets were given out at 8:30 AM. Meanwhile, most of the line was there well before 8:30 AM and had no idea what she was talking about. I was there a little before 8:30 AM and was standing outside for a bit before I realized the line was likely inside because I was the ONLY person outside. I am not a detective, but my assumption is that employees at the location bought/took the systems for themselves to resell. The irrational stories told were simply ridiculous. I will never be stepping foot in this location again.

Never again will I buy from Best Buy. I had just spent over 1000$ on an Ipad and accessories needed for work. I know nothing about this technology and counted on the company employees to be competent in this. I needed cellular and a best buy employee, who is supposed to be confident in these matters, gave me a phone SIM card and said it would work. I attempted to set it up, but the Best Buy employee gave me a SIM card with a company that only works with cell phones. After contacting the phone company, I was advised it is not compatible with my laptop. So now, I had to go to another store, which will get ALL of my business from now on (NOT Best Buy) and get a new SIM card. Now, I have to go back to the Best Buy and attempt to get a refund; this equals wasted gas, mileage, time and money. NEVER AGAIN will Best Buy get a half a cent from me.
