Looking to go shopping? Want to park your car 8 miles away from your destination and then walk for 14 hours to overpay on branded goods that have to be marked up to pay mall rent? Care to be followed around telling people if you have cracks or chips in your windshield? Want to experience a dying form of shopping in the early stages of death? Need to buy that armchair caddy you saw on TV but your dial-up modem is too slow? If you answered YES! to any of these questions, the Walden Galleria is FOR YOU! Enthusiastically being made into an entertainment destination (the new buzz term to reinvigorate the old shopping mall model) youll marvel at the number of stores (less national chains though - due to so many of them closing) that sell a selection of merchandise that isnt quite what bigger cities have but is still good enough for your suburban tastes. Also, during the Christmas season, they are open till 12 for your shopping convenience and the horror of every single employee forced to work in every single store until 12:30 so that the mall can tout how convenient their hours are.

This mall is less than one star. the camera system is so low quality you cant tell when a crime is committed. apparently it is extremely easy to steal from Charlotte Russe seeing how my purse was taken from a dressing room with no one noticing. It took several minutes for the mall cops to arrive. I took it upon myself to use a find my phone app and go find it myself. By the time I got to the other side of the mall my phone was shut off and I could no longer track where it was. but I did find my purse in a garbage can with my phone car keys, ID SSI and Insurance card missing. the cops said the cameras dont point towards exits so they cant see where the people who stole my purse had went. The only description given by Charlotte Russe employees was they were two black girls. if I find who stole my purse they will be replacing everything I had to pay to get back. I wouldnt go back to this mall its going down hill. I would rather drive all the way to Syracuse. Destiny USA is a way better way

This mall truly offers everything, be it restaurants, a movie theater, an arcade and of course, lots of stores. With an extremely nice and clean interior and conveniently placed directory signs, I really enjoyed my trip to this mall. The store displays were very aesthetically pleasing, and contained a very wide selection of high quality products. As well as that, there was no loud music blaring to disrupt the perfectly calm and serene afternoon I spent here. I highly recommend it for anybody looking for a quiet place to shop, or for somebody who wants to do a variety of things without the hassle of constantly driving.

We went to Texas DE Brazil. It did have tasted food and the beef for the most part. My problems are two fold losing a atari for each. Over priced for the quality ( very good not excellent). Its a buffet with people walking around cutting you small samples of meat instead of a regular cut. Germ chases abound ( believe it or not I am not germaphobe but add a few hacking and coughing customers near big racks of meat and you lose the other star. Charging 45 per plate drinks extra for a buffet doesnt excite me. Especially in an area with great food options.

The Walden Galleria (mall) provides a variety of stores for all ages including top of the line departments such as JCPenney, Best Buy and Macys. The food court offers many good options, especially the GetFried place! I liked the modern look of the mall. The floors were recently redone and more stores are revamping with better entrances and interiors. It offers entertainment too with a Pole Position go-kart place, Regal Cinemas and Dave and Busters (and many more!). It is a nice mall and I plan on going again (sometime).

Take this with a grain of salt, I used to work here. Its the best mall in the area I will admit that much. Rent is very high and stores keep leaving. The management company isnt very quick to respond to issues and security is a joke. It has the usual suspects that all malls have, GAP Co., Loft, Macys, Sears, Pennys, etc with some higher end like Michael Kors, Coach, and Swarovski. The food court is limited and the one side of it always seems to change every 6 months.

Online shipping is kicking the American malls and physical retailers collective butt and this mall is showing signs of losing the war. Its well deserved and the crowds and workers have become increasingly garbage quality over the past decade so no tears,will be shed here when it all eventually shuts down. I only give it a 2nd star because at least they still host a decent pair of mens clothing shops and ordering clothes online is not a smart shopping choice.

I like the mall selection, but the prices are marked up because they know Canadians shop there. And I have no idea how such a large mall can possibly not have a play area for kids. You drive 3 hours there, and then are forced to lug your kids around store to store because theres no other option. This is bad business because every time I want to do serious shopping I always have to leave early due to a meltdown.

Meh, its a big mall. Only go here if the store you specifically want doesnt have another location. The food court is meh but they do have some restaurants that arent around anywhere else for locals. Its gotten better but dont be surprised if you see teens fighting here. There is a ban / curfew that has improved things. You can get to the movie theater without walking the whole mall.

The Microsoft Store ... It was great my first visit and today... A big guy with a weird voice just wasnt helpful. At all anything I asked was a chore and after he left his co worker was more then willing to help... Even offered a suggestion that solved my issue. I tried to get his name but he wwnt to the back room when I thought about it... Horrible store rep... At least on this day

I dont particularly like this mall, and only visit if I want to go to Lush or one of the restaurants. Even then, I prefer to enter the mall as close to my destination as possible. Its noisy, and has a pretty bad reputation for fights breaking out. The parking lot is a nightmare no matter what day of the week. And during the holidays? Forget getting anywhere near the entrances.

The Walden Galleria is decent. Not the best mall in the world but far from being the worst. In the area this is our best mall by far. There are a lot of clothing shops, decent amount of food options, and a small variety of non-clothing shops. On the positive side they are adding more "high end" options in the mall. Finally having a theater in the mall is a nice touch.

Theres a little bit of everything in here And you can shop here no matter what kind of budget you have. The food court is pretty decent they have a variety of options including vegetarian and vegan options. Theres plenty of parking and the local buses stop here for drop-off and pick-up. Sometimes they have special events for Halloween and Christmas and other events.
