Its not anything like it used to be and the only people walking around are mall cops. The other day Macys closed at 8 pm during the week. There wasnt anyone working, it was pathetic to find a register open. I was told it was to save money. That doesnt happen unless youre losing money. There isnt anyplace to sit down and have a pop or a coffee. Definite racial profiling and against gender, race and religious dress ( such as a Hajib) by ancillary mall staff and security. Its as the people that run the mall are acting desperate for the inevitable. Shop somewhere else for better customer service without prejudice.

JC Penneys. Great store with very helpful people. 1st time I went in I bought 3 button down short sleeved shirts. 2 pairs of shorts. Total cost was $79.00. At the register a cashier named Kelly asked if I would like to apply for a Credit Card? I was hesitant thinking whats the use? It will take longer than a week to get approved or denied. Kelly must have read my mind as she said it will only take a minute to know. Needless to say I was approved. Once accepted the rewards and coupons made my purchase drop all the way down to $9.00!! $70.00 savings. I now use Penneys as my go to store for clothing purchases.

I have sentimental feelings towards the mall because it was the mall I grew up with. The nice part of Boulevard Mall is that its all one level, but it seems like it is really changing. Sears has closed and the food court has been replaced with a Dicks Sporting Goods. I miss them all from 25 years ago when it had a McDonalds, and a Rubys restaurant. Shopping at Topkapi for accessories and Walden books is no longer an option. I come here for the Nostalgia Factor.

Need the food court. This used to be a booming mall with many people coming in and out. Half the time it would take about ten minutes to find a parking spot. Now the stores are empty and the ones there arent impressive. Also instead of having to find a parking spot you can park just about anywhere. This is the downfall of a once great mall. Now it is a boring place and there is no will to go. I also agree with Taryn Jones.

Yes this is a clean,easy floor plan,safe place to shop!! I do feel bad giving such a bad rating but the people who are in charge here are running this mall into the ground;lack social media skills, Stores and personal have left because of how poorly this mall is ran,My rating has nothing to do with the regular staff and security employees are friendly,helpful and hardworking ,PLEASE SOMEONE HELP THIS MALL!!!!

This mall is okay for what it is, but it is definitely a dying mall. I hope some day they will get better management so that it can be up to part with Walden Galleria. Having no food court killed this mall. I used to work at this mall, and even the store I used to work at closed. So sad. Please update this mall and make it great again. Bring back a real food court, add an arcade, and fabulous stores.

What I felt missing is taking away the entire Food section and Kids play area is a bummer.. I used to be a frequent visitor to this place during Winters to take my son.. But they knocked off the entire food and Play area for Sports Shop. That looked so odd and stupid to me.. It used to be buzzing with Kids in that area, but now its no longer.. Hope they bring back that Play area and food arena..

I use to shop here all the time but havent been there in almost 7 months due to the lack of updated product I find if u want newer releases go to Vallarta mall more store choices a lot more actually no food court is deff a issue its just plain boreing to shop there anymore so if u want a better shopping experience drive the 10 min to galleria mall or even factory outlet

If youre looking to burn a couple hours then go look at the stores in the Boulevard mall. If youre looking to go on a shopping spree, you better not be too picky. There"s not many stores there and there"s no more food court so your choices are restaurants that cost a lot and are eat in, subway or some Chinese place

Small one floor mall but full of the popular shops and stores. Simple layout makes navigation a breeze. Ample parking but some areas of the lot are in need of repair. Various food choices throughout but lacking a good food court which was replaced by a Dicks Sporting Goods.

Decent selection of shops, however, there is no food court or cinema. You can find all the major department stores you would expect in a mall and most of the smaller store large-chain retailers you would expect to find in a decent mall. Good amount of parking as well.

The oldest mall in the surrounding area, and it shows. This mall has some good anchor stores like Sears, jc penny, and others that have been there a long time. If this mall wants to survive, it needs some upgrades to compete with eastern hills and the Walden galleria.

Great place for shopping and mall walking. However they chopped off the food court to put in a sporting goods store... Like really? And theres only restrooms at one end of the mall. If you gave bladder problems or young ones it can be a pretty huge problem.

Boulevard Mall is an alright mall. It is one story and has all the standard stores. It is a family friendly mall. I really enjoy that they have a kids play area and a family bathroom/nursing area (on opposite sides of the mall from each other).

Smaller than the Galleria but it still offers the same selection of stores (somewhat). There have been many stores leaving though. They also recently removed the food court for a Dicks Sporting Goods, which is quite a questionable decision...

Many different door entrance locations to enter the mall so that youre sure to be close to the store you want to shop at. Plenty of parking space for this Small Mall, especially around the holidays when places like this are at capacity.

very good mall.. not too big but organized.. i needed to fix a cell phone then i went Cellaxs store... they are awesome .. it took only 25 minutes to fix it... And i also bought a phone accessories from them... very good service...

Variety of stores and games for young and old, wish restrooms in area where you dont have trouble finding them, unique hobby horse for children at this mall, definitely can walk around mall as mall walker plenty 2 see and do

Lots of stores but since Dicks moved in, there is no longer a food court. They also got rid of the bears at Christmas time. No more food court means no more Santa and Easter Bunny. Play area for little kids is gone now too.

There are very few places to sit now that the food court is gone. It makes my shopping visit shorter. I now go elsewhere when I plan to do a day of shopping. The mall needs to add a few fast food places and a sitting area.

There is a reason this mall getting shut down. They removed the food court. Sure its convenient if you want to put yourself through the chaos that is the boulevard mall. I prefer to take the 10 minute drive to the Galleria
