Hands down one of the best shops in New York. Have had nothing but the BEST work done at Smith Street Tattoo Parlour. Professionalism at its finest. Youre in great hands with any of the talented dudes that work at this shop. Steve Boltz is incredible, goes above and beyond to give you what you want, the same can be said for Eli Quinters, insanely skilled and a true gent. This location has a lovely atmosphere where youre surrounded by good energy, beautiful art and awesome music. Bottom line, you want a stunning, perfectly executed tattoo, this is the spot for you.

nice guys , but i think they overbook , i waited for a full hour the first time, my artist couldnt finish the first time, i went back and again i was kind of rushed out because the next appointment showed up and i got started late...the tattoos alright , very expensive, and my guy didnt really care about what i wanted, i showed him a visual and he did not really take it into consideration...delusions of grandeur ! overall i feel i got shafted !

They are good tattoo artists, too opionated . wont do the colors or Tattoos you want i mean whos wearing the tattoo me or you . basically theyjust want your money. Ive seen a woman get charged one hundred dollars for two letters.if you like white women and are only half white dont go there. Tattoo artists have really snob attitudes they dont like anyone unless they can get your money.

I had Dan Santoro do a rendition of the Sailor Jerry rum girl and he nailed it!! I was exactly the best customer being that I have a hard time with the pain but he was really chill about it and helped me settle down. A must go if you want a quality traditional tattoo.

Walked in early on a Saturday, they took my number and I was back on the table in less than 2hrs. Did exactly what I wanted, quickly and cleanly, at the quality I wanted. Shop minimum is $100, very nice people, glad I went.
