The man who works at this store is just the sweetest. I had went in for some cat litter and while I was there I left a shopping bag behind. I went back a half an hour later to ask him if he had seen it and he said yes and handed me my bag. I thanked him for being so kind and headed for the door. Then he said to me "This is a safe place for you to leave something I will look after it". This happend when I first move to Brooklyn. I still so to his location just because of this.

The storefront for this place is deceiving, as they pack the inside of the store to the gills and even have neat pet toys on the sidewalk during the weekend. There are so many different kinds of pets in the neighborhood so this store has a stock that has items for a large number of species. Dont go on the weekend as this place can get packed since theres not much space to walk around. Also check out the Stone Park Cafe next door afterwards for a bite.

This store isnt serious. Its an obviously opportunistic business owned by someone who thinks distance is the only thing that matters in catching hurried clientele. Thats definitely true of bodegas, but not pet stores. These guys are basically sleeping when you walk in; their inventory is covered in dirt; they dont know what or where the anything is.... Avoid. I live 4 blocks away, and Ill walk farther to get attentive service. Lol.

I was trying to quickly pick up food for my dog later on a Sunday and I was surprised to see unlike PetSmart, this spot was open until 9pm on a Sunday! Their stock is amazing considering their size. So much packed into such tight square footage. I was impressed they had everything I needed. Saved the day.

They have the special cat food that larger stores (Unleashed) didnt have. The guys that work there are obviously just hanging out, but theyre super nice and obviously love their store cat Twix. They also had a tiny kitten in today! She had an eye infection so they were taking her to the vets after work.

This pet store is owned by a really great family and has been my pet food go to spot for my Newfoundland and cats for about 7 years! They usually have what you need in stock at one of their three stores in the neighborhood and offer free delivery. Tons of toys, lots of free samples.

My favorite pet food/supply store. The staff is friendly, the stock diverse, and the store cat, Twix, might ride on your shoulder to help you shop.
