I purchased a prep and prime refined zone treatment and when i got home and opened the box, it contained a used lipstick (im thinking one of the testers). I brought the item back to the store and was told to speak with the manager. The manager pulled the item from the box, pulled the receipt,realised she was the one who sold me the item... then placed it back in the bag...told me in a very curt, dismissive tone, that she didnt sell me that item and that I should call customer service. I was shocked. I hadnt anticipated having any issues in the store, especially since it was an error on their part. When i espressed to her my alarm, she was very snippy and continued in her very contemptuous tone saying the item was packaged correctly and she couldnt help..(Im not sure how she knew this as at no point did she open the box prior to handing it to me. I left the store as her very disdainful attitude was such a turn off and i was embarassed to say the least as she was clearly implying that i had purchased this $25 item...gone home and put a used lipstick in the box, returned it to the store for what exactly...another of the same product i purchased. Really? At no point did she acknowledge my issue..at no point was an apology offered, just a nonsense spiel from an impertinent rep. I called customer service and was offered a replacement product which would arrive within 4 - 5 weeks ( like really?). When I asked for a refund, i was told it would be via check (not back to the card I paid with) and would take approximately 3 weeks. I was told i would receive an email in a few minutes which I never received. Im really just over it at this point. I paid my money ( though it may not have been much), didnt get what i asked for....was disrespected by an arrogant agent who herself made the mistake in the first place and am now getting no sensible resolution from their Customer Service team. I will call again re the email that I am yet to receive and i will wait for the 3 weeks to get my money back .. i will discard the nasty used lipstick and i will never return to MAC. I blame myself....i have witnessed the agents at MAC being extremely rude to customers and swore i would not have returned. I have never though been on the receiving end of this treatment. Beware‼️‼️Its a reason why there are just bad reviews for this location. Their customer service sucks also they were low on stock and didnt have any samples cups to sample items. Mac cosmetics is already known for their employees to be rude but here at this location they rather talk to each other than help their customers. I dont know if this location been reported to corporate but I will report them.

The guy was very rude. He was doing someones makeup and I ask him for help (I wanted to buy a translucent power) he said to wait. I tough that after putting the foundation he will help me but NO he continued doing her makeup and talking to the friend of the other customer. So I just walked away, this is not the first time it happens to me in this location but this time I decid to write a review.

I have never had a positive experience at a MAC store and this store was no better. Absolutely horrible customer service. sales associates were extremely rude and refused to assist me. I entered the store with hopes to spend my money, but I refuse to support a business with such horrible customer service!

The customer service here is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I was not greeted or assisted by anyone there and the store manager was very rude and nasty towards me. I ended up having to return my purchased product because of it.

There was only 2 girls working there. But they did ask if i needed help as soon as i walked in. Found a fantastic lip color with their help and the gloss to match. Since they were super helpful i will buy from there.
