Customer Service and communication =Terrible. The dress/tuxes on the other hand were fine though. After telling all of us in the Bridal Party that they would reach out to us after our initial appointments, definitely did NOT FULFILL or keep their word. They didnt tell us when the dresses/tuxes were available, they didnt reach out regarding fittings, so on and so forth. The first time i received any contact from these folks was when they mentioned that i was required to pick up the dress - THE SAME DAY THEY CALLED. (I should mention that I received the call sometime around 3 pm.) The worse part about it is that they didnt own up to it and take responsibility for it! They were fairly irresponsible about the whole job.

Ordered and paid a sweet 16 mermaid style dress 6 month in advance from a catalog in store and the seamstress decided to duplicate it . After several measures and 2 weeks before the event the dress was still not complete and was not the one I ordered.my daughter was in tears. Also the 8 dresses for the girls were missing waste trim. I had to go to Davids bridal and pay $ 800 for a new dress with only 2 weeks left to event . That dress is now on their window display. horrible experience.
